The two ladies working that particular shift (9/18 around 3:30/ 3.45ish) were both extremely nice and they asked me how my day was going. Not in a muscle memory response to people walking in, they actually asked how it was going with me. They were clearly busy with orders, but they still maintained a conversation with me as they worked on them. I manage a business near them and I’ve never been to this particular Dominoes before since I don’t live local, but I’ll tell you this, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Everything here sucks. The owner needs to make things better in the store. Manager does NOT train properly for any of the employees. Pizzas are either over topped so the dough isn’t cooked OR it’s undercooked. This dominos had a great streak for a while. Butttt streak is over. Bedford should have closed dominos instead of little Caesars

I’ve never had an issue with them until the last 2 orders for delivery. The website is always glitching and when I called to get help the guy who answered acted like it wasn’t a big deal and I almost wasn’t able to get my coupon I was trying to use. Thankfully, I could use it. I ordered tonight and instead of the delivery driver calling me for clarification on where to deliver, he left it at a random bench at my job. When I called to inquire, he had a nonchalant attitude and said there were no instructions. No other delivery driver has issues delivering to me at work but tonight, he just didn’t care. When I asked why wasn’t I called, he says “Oh, sorry.” Then, yawns. I’m extremely unhappy with the customer service of this location. No care for the customer at all!

Out of the nine states I’ve lived in. This is the worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had to deal with. The pizzas are never the same. They don’t look like any of the other stores that I’ve been to they short you on toppings below is a picture of a buffalo chicken pizza I ordered and you can see there’s no buffalo sauce on it and I had 12 pieces of chicken. Kyle was amazing. I had an issue that didn’t seem to have an agreeable ending for both sides but he did. He was very gracious and understanding and was the epitome of what a leader should be. He said he’d get back to me after the rush and he did so promptly. Thank you Kyle. And our food was delicious and came in a reasonable amount of time.

After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and driving to the restaurant I was unable to cancel my $30 order due to lack of customer service. No one answered the phone and when I knocked on the door the employee ducked behind the counter and went to the back. All I wanted was a refund. I called an hour before close and went to the restaurant 30 minutes before close to get it situated. I usually have very good experiences here so I was very disappointed by this interaction.

Pasta barely covered the aluminum bottom. Stiff pasta and burned cheese. The marinara dish didn’t even have the meat. Getting used to bad service from the Bedford night crew. Always late, always something missing from order like toppings or marinara sauces for breads. Need a Papa John’s to open in Bedford. Totally done with this Dominos.

I went there yesterday I got a medium pineapple and ham pizza and a garlic twist and it was amazing! It was so good!! The staff is great! Highly recommend this place! The atmosphere is on point!!
