Probably one of the worst Pizza Experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 11:20 and it seemed like it was going to be a pretty quick delivery. I normally can expect a delivery order to take about 30 or so minutes, especially only living 5 minutes away, but the pizza sat in quality check for about 30-40 min. I ended up getting my pizza an hour after I ordered it. Pizza was barely warm like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time, and looked like someone punched the middle of the pizza. Ended up having to warm up the somewhat intact pizza slices in the microwave so that they would have some heat to them. Probably will not be ordering from this location again

I have lived at Riverviews Artspace on Jefferson Street for 20 years now and have been a customer at domino’s on Main for most of that time. I have had other pizza options on main street over the years but Domino’s has price and quality on its side to keep me as a customer. When I was in college in Ann Arbor, the original Domino’s was across the street from my dorm.

Order prepared in a timely manner, taste was consistent with other Domino’s. NOTE: I deducted two stars because the salad we ordered and paid for was not given to my husband when he picked up our order. When he got back to our hotel and we realized the error, I called the store, I didn’t get an apology or an offer of how it could be corrected. I had to ask for a refund but all they wanted to give me was a credit tied to my phone number. That would have been acceptable except that we are visiting for a sporting event and live 3 hours away. So, we got no salad and we got no refund.

This is the worst domino’s location in all of lynchburg. The customer service is subpar every single time I go here. Tonight on 10/26/22 I placed an order online at 7:05pm. Arrived at the store at 7:40 to be told that the order hadn’t even been put in the oven all the while the order online said completed ready for pickup. Had to wait another 20 minutes just for food to be done. Then when food is finally done the cashier outright argued with me about putting the sauces I had already paid for in the bag. Literally every single time I’ve ever gone to this one they’ve misread the receipt and then argued with me when I corrected them. At this point it’s borderline theft when I pay for 3-4 extra marinara sauces and they almost refuse to give me what I’ve already paid for online. Cashier was rude, manager was rude, and I waited close to an hour for two pizzas and an order of cheese sticks only to end up arguing about marinara sauce. And the kicker? When I first arrived and was told my order hadn’t even started cooking I was told the water had been shut off to the store and that’s why they were struggling. That is DISGUSTING. As someone who has worked in food service the fact that they have gone part, if not all of the day, being incapable of washing their hands, cleaning, or washing the dishes makes me want to vomit. The fact that they are cooking with hands that haven’t been washed for potentially hours should really be investigated by the health department. Do better dominos, and as for customers do yourself a favor and just go to the domino’s on wards road.

Always hope for the best but we probably some of the worst customers service last night we ordered pizzas at 7:11pm and they didn’t arrive until 10pm the staff when I called kept lying to me saying it’s in the oven or on the way and it was not. We ended up with the wrong pizzas after waiting almost 3 hours. I had to have many conversations before the manager would give our money back saying “there is nothing I can do”. I’ve worked in the service industry for many years there is always something you can do.

Ordered online..deluvery said 1 hr wait time. 2hrs later I called. They were short handed and ready to close early. I was promised my delivery in approx 15 min. I received NOTHING I ordered!! I called back and was promised a complete refund and 3 free med 2 topping pizzas due to the mess up. I called the next day and was told I could only receive a credit for exactly what I ordered and that was all!!! On top of that..the pizza with 2 toppings for 6.99 is a joke!! They charge if you ask for xtra cheese and then another topping!! Cheese is not a topping included in the two FREE toppings!!
