I get the gf pizza all the time, not only did they not cut it. Both my pizza and the regular pizza were overcooked to the point I couldn’t even chew it.
I asked for extra cheese, didn’t get that. Got my other toppings but they were so overcooked they didn’t even taste like It was supposed to. I get the same things every-time I order, Dominoes is a regular for me so this was really disappointing especially when the location is a three minute drive from my house. Ive had pizzas delivered from father and they tasted and were 10 times better. Thanks for wasting my money. Nothing against the delivery driver though he did his job.

Well, congratulations to this Domino’s location for receiving my first ever Google review! Wish it was for better reasons though. My friend orders from this location pretty frequently for us, but that will soon change. Since she’s too nice and won’t write a bad review, I will because this is starting to get ridiculous, and they need to be held accountable. This location is simply a hit-or-miss, with a lot more misses, especially this month (November 2025). I’m not sure if it’s because of new employees or what, but our orders are progressively getting worse. They are undercooking our pizzas to the point where each slice flops over, causing the toppings to slide off. Even if we ask for “well done,” it literally makes no difference. The toppings distribution is atrocious. They don’t know how to count when it comes to side items like bread bites. With our last few pizza orders, we could only stand to eat a slice or two. We threw the rest away because of how unappetizing the pizzas would look and taste. They used to nail our orders in the past, which is why we continued to come back after they heavily messed up the first time. However, this downward trend seems to be the new norm now considering the fact that this was the third incident this month! I’m honestly surprised how this location has 4.4 stars still. Don’t let the relatively good rating fool you though. Based on our recent orders, they simply don’t care about their food quality anymore. We never had any issues with their customer service (so kudos to that), but you’re not going to Domino’s for the employee/customer interaction. You’re going for their food, and their food is simply not it.
TLDR: This location lacks consistency and is going downhill. I suggest saving your money or start ordering from local pizza places in Staunton instead. There are way better options out there and unlike this location, those other pizza places actually care about the type of food they’re pushing out. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with this Domino’s location.

Just wanted to say that I/ we order from here all the time, same order, and our church members placed an order for us last week and it was unfortunately stolen from our house infront of our door, it was an order of a gift from our church members due to a recent major loss in our family, I lost my husband and my two young children lost their father, I called dominoes to see if perhaps the order wasn’t left because we were not home, but they said it was delivered, and we were victims of porch pirates. Dominos was kind enough to redo the pizzas and replace and redeliver what was stolen at no additional charge. The pizzas were hot, and so delicious. We get stuffed crust extra cheese pizzas and they are always so very good and the lava cakes are always yummy too. Never had a bad pizza or experience yet, and been ordering for two years from here. The only down side is online never works to place an order to get our discounts though. And that’s not on the location. Corporate or whomever runs their online ordering, needs to fix this issue as online ordering has never worked, we have tried and then we always end up having to call in as when you get to the online part of payment it never takes or works. So, online needs some attention to get this resolved so customers can redeem their coupons, because I will say I could have saved allot of money with orders if I’d been able to place the order online. Placed order online spent $60. I walked in the guy making the pizza let in on me. She was in here 5 minutes ago it will be 45 minutes before her order is ready. I said excuse me, my order was placed online and I was not in here 5 minutes ago. Very rude, and he was making the pizza not working the front. Had his nose stuck somewhere he had no business. I wish I had been a mystery shopper. What if I had been a corporate employee and this comment flew out of his mouth.

I got a medium specialty pizza with handmade pan crust. I got the Philly steak, specialty pizza and added Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and banana peppers. It is delicious. Definitely hit the spot.
