Honestly this is dominos so I don’t expect the best but I At least expect my pizza to be cooked. We came in the store ordered a medium half cheese half pepperoni with stuffed crust and nothing else our order was done suspiciously fast and upon further inspection there was a pepper and a piece of sausage in the cheese. The dough had more of a stretch to it than the cheese sticking to dominos in bonsack next time

Seem to always end up with my cheese bread or spinach bread very brown almost a burnt look. The taste would be better with actual pepperoni and cheese inside like I ordered. but end up with more bread, glad I paid extra for garlic butter to help with taste. The front register girl was too busy smiling at us while on the phone, instead of helping the multiple customers standing in the lobby waiting to get their orders that had already been placed.

Overall the service and food from this location has been consistent. I always order with the app, as they have great deals for carryout. I usually use the “carside to go” option, and service is generally efficient. Only critique is that sometimes the employees park in the dedicated carside to go spots, so have to park elsewhere. Ordering with the app, the pizza tracker, and the carside pickup makes ordering from Domino’s worthwhile. And mainly, the pizza’s pretty good too.

Update: We recently tried the Domino’s Pan pizza. Very delicious. We ordered a pepperoni with mushrooms, yum! Check out the pics.

The pizza was good my only complaint is how they cut it or the lack of cutting the pizza. Idk if it’s bc I ordered it at 11pm or what. Regardless it was highly irritating have a pizza that was barely cut.

The place takes forever to deliver food. It should not take over an hour to get a pizza. Vinton is a small area, and they are always slow to get food delivered.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they got them mixed up one should of been thin crust pepperoni and the other hand tossed cheese you would think simple well no they sent me a thin crust cheese and hand tossed pepperoni. WOW

Ordered a large extravaganza with pineapple and got a plain pizza with pineapple. Call 3 times to complain, only to be hung up on by the employee who made the mistake.
And as it turns out, I know her. Thanks, Brandy, for making dominoes a miserable experience. I’ll be sure to be there in the morning to file a complaint.
