Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, rang the bell several times without anyone ever coming to the window. Finally had to go in the store to get our food and saw all of the staff standing up front just talking. When I asked for the manager the staff became irate. One older male cook started yelling and cussing, then told me to go to Queens. The female “manager” (if you can even call her that) kept saying “we feed the whole county so I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not a big deal you had to wait.” No wonder this location has such a bad reputation now and is going downhill if that’s the staff they keep there. What a joke.

Waited ten minutes on a Philly cheese and then argued and yelled at by the only person there. Corporate said to call the store, but won’t actually do anything to help. Will not be returning back to this location. Food is good, but no point if the staff has bedside manner.

Ordered a pizza and got it it was pretty much all dough.. not done at all! Called and got a smart ass well there’s no way and told me I’d have to give the old pizza back like I wanted to keep the raw thing.

I love Domino’s. Their pizzas r delicious and we have built a great build ur own pizza that we love. This location has used the wrong sauce a couple times but otherwise everything has been great. And they r very good about resolving issues and have great deals and coupons. My go to for pizza

Most nights I work late nights and me and my family have to grab takeout. Dominos is always delivered on time to us and hot never cold. Zachary is one of there delivery guys and he is awesome.

Dominos needs to step in and reevaluate this store. Ordered pizza from there and it was over cooked. The thin pizza was cooked so long the sauce dried up. It went into the trash again. When it first opened it was hot fresh and pretty good but the last few times it has been awful. Probably won’t go back till changes are made.

I work pretty close to this location currently, and I can say that it has saved many a night where me or my partner didn’t feel like cooking. The food is great, and the employees treat me amazingly. There isn’t really anything to dislike about this place. Its easily the best pizza joint Pearisburg has to offer.
Everything is made to order quite quickly, taking an average of around 15 minutes for a decent sized order, usually about 2-4 minutes for every large pizza. I’ve literally never had anything here that wasn’t fresh, and I order here once a week at least.
The service is great, even when I walk in right before they close. (I always feel terrible about doing that.) They treat me very well, and always greet me with a smile and snappy assistance.
Domino’s Pearisburg is a great place for any real occasion. I crave pizza way more now than I ever used to before. You won’t be disappointed if you go here.

Half the time we either get the wrong food delivered or are missing items. The last time they sent the wrong food, so I called to ask if we could have the food I ordered. For some reason they couldn’t get it out to us that night so I asked if I could have it delivered tomorrow. The young woman politely said yes an that she would comp us some brownies for the inconvenience. Well I call back today to have my kids food delivered an not only was I greeted with a very snotty manager by the name of Curtis, but he also wanted to double charge me the delivery fee for their mistake in delivering the wrong food to begin with. WTH kinda customer service is this? ♀️

The pizzas are getting worse every time I get something from there. I don’t want my cheese to be burnt. The crust so thin you can see through it. Everyone go to Walmart and get the pizza that is located after you pass the Dell. They are great.
