For the love of God hire more staff. I’m tired of orders being out for delivery for almost 2 hours before arriving cold and sad. Today our order was never delivered. Been on the phone for ages listening to the ads that play on replay. Extremely disappointed. My girlfriend literally made an entire crochet hat in the time it took to NOT deliver a pizza and bread bites .

Come on. You know it’s not really engineered for the dine-in experience. There’s hardly anywhere in Blacksburg. That’s 10 minutes away from this place so I use it for carryout. Check out the carryout deals available through the app. And often posted to their Marquee sign out front.

Non-existent customer service. I ordered 7 pizzas and bread bites for a birthday party. I got carry-out so it wouldn’t take as long. The order says it will be ready in 12 minutes, but I wait and arrive at the store after 30 minutes knowing they’re slow. When I arrive, they say the order “is ready” but then they can’t find it. Then I’m told they had to re-do one of the pizzas and it’s in the oven and will be ready ‘in 10 minutes.’ I see there is a pizza on the floor by the workers (and it stays on the floor the whole time I’m in the store- no one cleans it up). I wait by the counter for 10 minutes and multiple workers ask me about my order, so I explain that I’m waiting for the last pizza. Not one worker in the whole time says “I’m sorry” that we made a mistake and you had to wait. 10 minutes pass and nothing. Finally after 20 minutes I call a worker over and ask again- she finds my completed order and brings it. Apparently no one thought to bring it when it came out of the oven. I ask for a few sauce packets for my trouble and she says, “You’ll have to pay for them.” I point to my stack of 8 boxes and say I’ve been waiting 50 minutes since I ordered, but she just goes and gets the manager who looks me in the eye and says the same thing- you can have sauce packets if you pay for them. Finally, they agree to give me ONE sauce packet for free. This is the second time out of three orders to this Dominos that I had a significant extra wait, so I won’t be going back.

Ordered for delivery and the driver didn’t get here till 2 hours later. Once they arrived, they didn’t even pull up to the front of my building and were all the way at some other building. When I left and walked over there, there was no driver in that area. The driver never once called me. When I called the store they said he was still out here so I went out and looked around again walking up and down the street and found no one. I tried to call the store again and now they continuously kept hanging up my calls each time after going through a very aggravating call bot.

Recently there has been 2 times where i ordered delivery where the person came 5 hours after the initial order. The food was very cold both times. Both orders were around 8-9PM and I would always get them after midnight.
In both instances the store was unreachable via phone. I don’t live far this location, but was unable to drive due to being very ill. First time I gave them benefit of the doubt, second time I decided to just uninstall the app and never go to this location again.

I was very tired and didn’t feel like cooking. I decided to get a Domino’s pizza and it was great. Ordering online was a pretty straightforward process, although I wish you could see the prices as you were selecting the pizza and toppings. The pizza was made quickly and curbside pickup also went smoothly.

Somehow managed to completely lose my order. I placed an order for pickup on the app and showed up ten minutes after it said it was ready, since it’s Halloween and I knew they’d be busy. I walk in, give the name for the order and the lady at the counter interrupts me to say “Order number (which was weird because I’ve always been asked for the name not the number). After giving the number she said it would be another five minutes, which was fine as they were busy and I was in no rush. Fast forward fifteen minutes, I’ve been sitting on the indoor bench waiting watching tons of others walk in and get served, until she comes up to me and asks for the number again, which I give her. She says she’ll look for it and I don’t hear back until another 45 minutes, because I had to go up to the counter again and ask for an update on my order because she was acting like she wanted nothing to do with me. She asked for the number again, typed it into her computer and said “can’t find it.” I looked on the app and it said it was ready half an hour ago, told her this hoping she would remember somewhere else they keep the orders and she stared right through me before calling over another group of people to help. Strongly recommend going to the Papa Johns right across the street unless they’re willing to get their act together and hopefully fire the rude lady at the counter, as their staff is actually helpful and fast.

Angela is the worst she will throw the food against your door if you don’t leave a tip via debit. Won’t knock or anything. This time she left the food damaged no where near the door and threw it down the stairs. I tried to remidy this in the past by trying to open the door she threw a temper tantrum about no tip while I had a 5 dollar bill in my hand. Definitely won’t be ordering dominoes again

Hate to leave a bad review… but do not order the bone in wings. Absolutely disgusting. The wings are 95% fat and practically no meat. Not trying to bash this company but it was the worst $30 j have spent. I even tried to cook them longer at home and nope… still just not good quality. I honestly didn’t expect dominos to do wings like that. Pizza is great like always.
