This is my favorite domino’s. The employees are some of the nicest people, I’ve only ever gotten good food for decent prices in the couple years I’ve been coming. I hope whoever owns this franchise knows they have some absolutely excellent employees.

I called this place and specifically spoke with a man named Bryan/Bryant and asked him! Can he please! Notify his driver and have him/her call me! When they get to the location so I can direct him to me!
He says of course! Your number is on the receipt so I should get a call.
The driver doesn’t bother to call me and marks the order as delivered and it hits 12am and I can’t even eat as I just got off of work nor call them back be it went to the operator.
Unbelievably frustrating and disappointing! The driver didn’t BOTHER to put the work in to make a quick phone call!

We ordered the chicken alfredo from this location and received the most pathetic portion of pasta imaginable from a locally owned franchised establishment; furthermore, it was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. I didn’t waste my time calling and asking why they found this acceptable because people that would actually serve something this ridiculous clearly don’t take any pride in their work. We will NEVER return to this Domino’s location, and the individual that put this dish together should be fired immediately.

One thing about Domino’s is that they’re always reliable. I placed a quick order online, drove to the store, and only had to wait about five minutes before my order was ready and brought out to me. The service was fast and friendly, and my kids loved the pizza they were happy and full, which is a win in my book.

I placed an order for three pizzas on 08/26 for delivery. One of the pizzas had noticeably less cheese than expected, with most of the red sauce exposed. Since I regularly order from this location and have not had issues in the past, I requested a refund for just that one pizza ($10).
When I called the store, the employee I spoke with stated that he had made the pizza himself and that it was prepared correctly. I then asked for the national Domino’s customer support number, but was told that the store did not have it. After contacting Domino’s customer support directly, I was informed this was inaccurate.
When I called the store back with this information, I was told the pizza could be remade. I declined and requested to speak only with the manager, as the employee was extremely rude .

Ordered a pizza after a long day of work. . Knew dominos always has hot food why not? I had plans to be somewhere in a hour and this was going to be convenient. Order went thru the oven fast and thru quality check but then it sat for a few (im guessing on a counter top) app claims it left the store at 736 pm . Timer kept restarting to 7 min away each time it got down to 2 min. I only live 2 miles from the store. By 802 I’m calling the store,as someone answers I see the driver on my camera bringing to the door.. I hang up. Go get my pizza crust is from temp and meats cold as ice. I’m mad because of I have to microwave or put this pie back in the oven then what am I paying $20 for a service for? I call back to the store and no one takes my call. I wait 10 min and call back. Then whoever answers as I’m explaining the quality of my pizza I’m getting constant excuses about how drivers are sent out with 5 or 6 orders.. my question is “why would u do that and the pizza not be stored to keep pizza hot?:” this is sounding like not my problem a dominos supply and demand problem. I asked how he was going to rectify me paying $20 for a cold pizza that was late.. he said he and I quote”i Donno I’ll hand the phone to the manager” let’s pause here.. why is a regular employee not taught better to be empathetic to a customer? Smh moving on.. the manager BRIAN gets on the line I explain the issue again.. and AGAIN I have a employee arguing about time stamps and how some people try to get over on them after asking for a refund… excuse me? I have never asked for a refund from your store and why I getting talked to like I can’t afford a $20 pizza? He still sends a new pizza and no refund. I’m now late to my plans have cold pizza and I’ll be searching for a GM or corp number as I know if I’m treated this way others are too. Does the gm deduct or fire them for their mistakes? Questions I’d like answers for! This store has many areas of opportunity for a nice way to put my experience.

Usually the food and services are excellent however today was the exception. We waited 10 minutes past the time the app said our order was completed for curbside delivery. I had indicated we were there on the app and I had my flashers on. The pizza was not hot and the crust was burnt. I wish that I had not given a tip when I ordered.

I wish I could do a 0 star. Placed an order at 742 pm, called at 825 pm and they said they don’t even have the order on the tracker and about 50+ orders ahead of ours and would be 1.5 hrs. It didn’t show this on the app because since their update the damn app doesn’t work. Whoever I talked to cut me off and said it was cancelled and to have a nice night and hung up. Canceled an almost $40 order. I will NEVER order from them again!!!
