We ordered a half cheese/half mushroom pizza extra sauce, 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches (one no mushrooms), and a brownie cookie. The brownie was GREAT, the sandwiches and pizza however left something to be desired. The sandwiches were dryer than usual and the mushroom half of the pizza had like 12 mushrooms total between 4 pieces. I’ve always had a MUCH better experience from this store, so needless to say, I was disappointed… Hopefully it was just an off night. We will give them the benefit of the doubt just based on our past experiences.

1830 today 1/29 I went to pick up my online order that I placed earlier. Their parking lot was dangerous ice and packed slippery snow everywhere and extremely minimal parking.
As I made my way slowly around to the entrance , I asked for my order then asked if I could please go out the side door because they parking lot is dangerous…? The short male with shoulder length slightly curly dark hair told me No and that I would need to go around( through the dangerous side) the side door and get my food.
Again as I slowly made my way around to the side door he brought my food to me but as he was handing me my food the White man that was in line behind me was coming out of that same side door. When I asked how were you able to come out the safe side with your food? He said I asked him (pointed to the same male that told me no) and he said yes.
I asked the dominos employee what type of racist crap was that? He ignored me and closed the door.
I am disgusted with this establishment. Thankfully the customer grabbed my food and escorted me to my truck. He was amazing. Where I see ugly ignorance , I turn around to beautiful strong tall kindness
Also my 360 dash cam atleast caught everything that happened at the door and after. Im going to file my complaints EVERYWHERE and give the dominos Manager Owner a chance to rectify the situation. Because telling a black woman to get her food from the back all while allowing a handsome white man to proceed through safely is clearly a disgrace and racism.

Twice now I have ordered my food well in advance of getting to the store. Twice it has not even been in the oven after 20 minutes. I haven’t been ordering at peak times (11:30 and 4:40 for these two visits), yet I am constantly kept waiting. This store is super hit or miss with service and it used to be my go to location any time I wanted to order pizza. Nowadays I think I’m going to look for another location or pizza shop. The only good thing is that the pizza here is probably the best of all the dominos I have tried locally.

I picked up two pepperoni and two cheese pizzas for my grandson’s birthday party. We accidentally ordered two cheese pizzas instead of four pepperonis. The cheese pizzas exceeded our expectations as did the pepperoni but the cheese pizza was exceptionally and surprisingly good tasting. The service was quick, friendly, and exceeded our expectations as well.

I’ve never had an issue before with this location, but yesterday my order looked like it was just tossed on my porch. No notifications as to when it was delivered. Food was left open. When calling to speak with someone, I was placed on hold for about 40 minutes total.

They don’t want to deliver in your area but you see them driving through then you try to place an order for pickup and they tell you the lobby closes at 9:45pm every night. I myself don’t want pizza from this location because the people working there look dirty and the drives come in without washing their hands getting the pizzas out the oven, coming in after smoking not washing their hands. I’m wondering what happened to management and showing videos on cleanliness and this is not the only fast food restaurant that does this with these young workers that don’t believe in washing their hands or the quality of food they are giving. I can see a lot of these major fast food places going under because of this.

This location regularly screws up your order. Then they tell you they will give you credit towards your next order. When you try to use that store credit, they claim that you have no store credit. Manager is always someone new, so they blame the previous manager.
