8:44 pm, Monday, November 3rd and I’m mentioning these details so when the owner reads these reviews, they will be able to pinpoint exactly who was on the clock. First of all, I barely ever complain about fast food, because I’ve worked there and I understand mistakes happen. However, when a customer that has spent their money on something from your store has an Issue, you try to fix the situation . HOW WERE YOU ABLE to look at a burnt , flat , completely inedible pizza , throw it in a box and feel comfortable putting it in a box and selling it to someone? Then when we drove home , and had to turn back around , we come inside, you look at it and say “what’s wrong with it?” Who does that? And then have an attitude about remaking it ? Then the shift manager didn’t e apologize either . Attitude on top of attitude . Sorry that people place orders at a fast food restaurant and you actually have to spend your shift making pizzas . It’s Dominos! You close at 11pm. It was only 8Pm and my order was raggedy so I feel very sorry for the people who will be placing orders up until then and the rush of negative reviews you will receive . And after talking to other people I find out this is who you’re training to be a manager ?why ? I’m sure the last reviews before me were all about the SAME group of employees as well. They have made mistakes before but always fixed it with no issue. But this group of people? I’m disgusted. They Will never get a dollar from me again.

An OER coach would have a field day if they visited on the evening of 10/7. Uncovered dough sitting on the make-line, skewing load times by clearing orders before they’re made, multiple pizzas cut and boxed sitting on the cut table instead of under the heat rack, employee not washing heads prior to making food after doing other task. I’m sure the list would go on and on. I came in to pick up an online order. One of the items was never made, and one of the boxed pizzas sitting on the cut table ended up being mine so by the time the cheesy bread was made and ran through the oven, the pizza was cold. Cheesy bread was pulled from the oven before the conveyor made it to the end of the oven resulting in the cheesy bread being doughy with undercooked cheese. There was also piles of cornmeal under the cheesy bread in the box. Seems like management needs to put the crew through a retraining process on how to properly follow guidelines and procedures.

I was a faithful Dominoes Pizza customer. The last couple of months my pizzas have been garbage no cheese, big bread bubbles on the pizza, too much sauce underneath. I will get my pizzas from Pizza Hut from now on. It looks like a lot of new faces.

Updated Review: I feel much better about my visit today. While the pizza was a little doughy, I didn’t mind and was happy to stick it in the oven upon my arrival home. Everything else was cooked and the pizza was fully covered well! Staff were friendly and I even tipped a little because I was just so happy to get a pizza that was super close to what I’d asked for.

Old review from 9 months ago: Is this what we call a two topping pizza? Where we don’t even make sure the whole pizza is covered with cheese, sauce, or bacon? I just picked this up about 5 min ago. Trust me. You don’t want me to come back after the terrible day I had today. I have literally no more patience.

The crew working tonight 12Feb26 are horrible. Including the guy wearing glasses, we think he’s the supervisor. Came to order something but wants us to do it online, they seemed like they don’t know how to ring it up. Everytime we order from this place is just annoying. We like domino’s but this crew everytime, needs some customer svc training. I hope our kids dont ask for Dominos again bec i hate going back to this place. Horrible.

Not only do they give you an incorrect order, they are rude! PLUS I WITNESSED TWO EMPLOYEES MAKING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES! And the manager wiped her hands on her apron and went right back to making the food. I drove back up there after being on hold for 40 minutes and they did not care. Bad food, bad hygiene and bad customer service. 1800Dominos just loops you back to the store. The manager is named Diamond and the associate who put me on hold is named Will. Will drunk out of a red water jug without gloves and went back to making the food WITHOUT gloves. Pizza in the trash and the refused to remake it or refund. After driving back up there I no longer wanted them to remake it.

This store has poor customer service. The guy looked at me standing at the door and the assisted manager. I was not greeted when I can in and I was refused help.
This store needs new employees. The one with the tattoos needs to be replaced and the assistant manager. I asked for a refund. She refused. The driver had to let me in. The driver had to give me my order no one offered to help. Poor service. Replace those two people. The reason why this places is still in business is bc we don’t have other restaurants. Restaurants needs to get better at customer service. Who wants to spend money to be treated poorly.

I don’t know what’s happened to this store in the last year, but our orders get worse and worse each time. From incorrect sizes to completely wrong toppings and even missed drinks. We pay a lot of money to this place, and it seems the quality declines every order. Its extremely disappointing coming from a store that used to be on point for us. At this point, another pizza place might be in order.

If I could do a zero… I would.
I paid $4 more for stuffed crust and didn’t get it. My pizza was not half and half (different toppings in each half) and it was more like 2 to 6.
I tried to call the store that night (SEVEN TIMES) to let them know and get the correct pizza delivered, however, they just continued to answer and hang up or leave me on hold for 10 mins.
The next day I called and finally washable to speak to the manager (well, she said she was) I have never encountered such an unprofessional manager in my life. I asked for a manager, she said HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I asked if she was a manager and I was met with HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I then asked for her name… again I was met with a HOW CAN I HELP YOU. The second time I asked for her name… she hung up. I have since called at least 10 more times and still have not been able to even tell anyone the issue.
I was offered a free medium, 2-toppung pizza… not my large 7-topping, stuffed crust. OOOOO… thanks sooooo much. SMH!!! I shouldn’t be surprised… Franklin smells nasty… so doesn’t surprise me that she was nasty, also.
It would have been nice to receive an email or phone call in regards to the email I sent… DAYS AGO!!!

Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and pizza and lava cake. First of all lava cake; I ordered 1 and I got charged for 3 and received 3 she even confirmed the order with me and there she mentioned 1 lava cake. Then chicken Alfredo pasta had very little pasta not even half full definitely not worth the money and then ordered 2 garlic dips with it and I received 2 but it was just oil not garlic dip at all. I drive truck and could not take the truck to the store otherwise would have definitely went back. I asked for delivery charge they said something else on the phone and when I saw the bill I was charged for a higher amount. Definitely not ordering from them again.
