I waited 1hr and 30min for my pizzas after being told there was a 20 to 30 min wait for delivery. I ordered the specialty for $9.99. I asked for the toppings to be compatible to the philly cheese steak. When my pizza arrived there was only steak on it and it was very little meat on it.

DONT BOTHER with this place. I’ve been working on the area for a month and I have used this store 3x all 3 were horrible. 1st time the pizza showed up semi quick but 3 bites in I could tell something wasn’t right with the cheese it tasted old moldy and I was sick all night. 2nd time pizza was cold. 3rd time was the worst and led to this review
I ordered like I always do through the app. App said 35-40 min delivery window. Tracker showed my order out of the oven at 7:52 which means it’s checked boxes and moved to the hotplate awaiting pickup.
It sat there for 50 minutes. I called the store the person that answered seemed to not care she informed me the driver just left the order so I said fine and hung up. The tracked didn’t change for 3 minutes then it said Tevon had my order but it showed Tevon 11 minutes away from the store. So they assigned my order to a driver not even at the store
Tevon got to the store and picked my order up at almost 900pm with multiple orders on different direction. It was another 20 minutes before I saw my pizza.
I couldn’t believe they even sent it it looked like it sat under or top of the oven all day it was a brick. Even the driver was blown away and wanted to take it back. I refused to let him take and said I would file the claim on the app.
Manager and employees should be ashamed. Except for Trevon the only one that seems to actually care and understand in that place

They don’t put the right toppings on the pizza, it’s burnt. You call they ignore the phone when they do answer they hang up on you, it’s the worst customer service and place to order from please don’t order from here I truly hope this place closes down because, the people who work here DO NOT CARE, they do not want to help you and they do not care if you get your food, how you get it or if you even get it at all, true definition of “ I come to work just for a paycheck, and that’s it”

For the god knows how many times it’s been canceled long after it’s come out of the oven. Are the workers that hungry they are cancelling orders to eat customers food? If you know you don’t have a delivery driver turn off the order online for delivery don’t waste people’s time and hold there money hostage because of your incompetence

This Domino’s is very, very slow. Each step on the tracker from the app took about 20-30 minutes. We tried calling and were unable to speak with anyone. It was supposed to be for delivery, but it took my boyfriend going to go get it for them to even begin our order. Once we received the pizza, it was lukewarm with raw pizza dough. The toppings were not cooked. The cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this as a quick bite to eat or as a delivery option.
