Tell me why I emailed on February 16, and yet NO ONE has reached out….not even an email of acknowledgement….

When first moving into the area I never had an issue with this dominoes. But as of recent, they seem to ALWAYS get my order wrong. I’m not one to do these since I’m pretty laid back, but I had an issue with them as of yesterday that’s caused me to say this. My order is pretty simple, just a hand tossed pizza with the garlic crust seasoning, light sauce, and extra cheese. But for whatever reason, even if I call and remind them they seem to never buy garlic seasoning on the crust. Yesterday, I put in a planned order to be picked up at 6. My brother in law went to pick it up, and first informed me that I put it in for the following day, which I believe looking back at my order was incorrect. Then when “pushing in the order” they tried to give him someone else’s order. Then after confirming it wasn’t mine and breathing on it they still gave it to the original customer. And even confirming if there would be garlic crust there still was not.

I have ordered several times from here. This year every order has been extremely slow. Right now I’m waiting for an order to arrive no later than 6:22, but it’s 7:00 and it just got picked up by the driver. It was started at 5:50.
Even pickup orders are just as bad. The tracker will show “making” for more than 30 minutes when waiting in person. Last visit I asked how long it would take after waiting 30 minutes or so in the car and they said it was in the oven. I looked at their monitor and they hadn’t even started my pizza. They have blatantly lied to me on another prior pickup order. I’m ok with waiting, but please provide realistic wait times.
Don’t bother calling for an update. They barely answer. Seems like they provide unrealistic time estimates to drive up sales.

They will not ask for tip. They demand or command for tip in this inflation without job. They ask for tips some people will have hard time that they don’t care. I have seen all dominos repeatedly asking for tip to write force fully. Better they look for good job. If they don’t receive tips. Dominos band will vanish with not good employees. Then tell to remove 5 dollars delivery fee and 4 dollars tax fee. Police show check delivery behavior

So my order took a while, but each time I went in the employees were absolutely running! My order was supposed to be ready by 6:11 and it wasn’t ready until 6:40 but there were so many employees they were practically running into each other and each employees was working at a rapid pace. So yes, on a Friday at dinner time expect to wait longer because this is probably the busiest order time of the week. Ive been a nurse for 12 years and I’ve never seen every single employee giving it their all and then some. Plus they were kind and patient.

EDIT REVIEW.. Changed from 4 to 2 stars due to the following. March 18, I responded to the owners email that was provided in the public response from the business. At first glance, it looks like the owner actually cares. We visited this location again after my initial review, and the pizzas were not cooked to well done as I stated in my original review, they sometimes forget to cook the pizzas to well done. In my email, I provided photos of the pizzas, which were not well done. They were also lacking in toppings, which I stated. One pizza had chicken on it, which is a premium topping and costs more. Yet the whole pizza had maybe 10 pieces of cut-up chicken total. One side is plain chicken, the other side chicken and mushrooms, this time, the pizza had more mushrooms than I have ever seen them give, im not complaining about that, just making a note. I order this particular pizza enough to know what it should look like and especially what a well-done pizza looks like. Again, the employees were very nice when we picked up, so there were no issues there for me. My real issue is that I ordered multiple times, and this location was pretty consistent, so I made a review of the store. The owner took time to comment on my review because it was only 4 stars and not 5 and left an email address to contact them. So when I returned and had the same issue instead of contacting the store, I emailed the owner. Yet here we are a full 17 days after I sent this email, and there has been no response from this owner. Why post your email if you have zero intentions of following up? What is the end game? Make it appear like you care about your quality of food/service to the public? I’m sure you are aware we do have the right to change our reviews and update them at our leisure as we see fit. Why was this location pretty consistent with the food, and now they can’t get it together? If you can’t stand behind your own products, how do you expect your customers to come back? I’m sure you are aware your store is not the only pizza place in this area, so I do have other options that I will start exploring given your blatant disregard at customer service. If you want repeat customers, do better..

I order delivery pizza here often. Most of the time I get a hot pizza just as I like it. Rarely do I get something that I would take back if I wasn’t so lazy. Today was neither. Today I ordered a handmade pan, extra cheese on whole and pepperoni and Italian on half. What I got was not half meat. Someone failed fractions in school. Otherwise the cheese pizza was good as it is most of the time.

I ordered online at 7:30pm and received a note saying delivery was 40-50 minutes. Then at 8:35pm I received a notification that the order was just started (in the oven). I completely understand if the place is busy…just say so and set the proper expectations. I’m happy to drive and pick up the food I ordered, if that cuts the time in half. Called this location and still on hold after 10 minutes. First and last time ordering from this place.

Waited an hour for 1 pizza only for it to not have tomato sauce or the jalepenos I ordered. I don’t think they even had a manger on duty because when I called and asked for one they stated “I’m in charge right now”. Go to a local place instead. It’s worth the extra money over this

I ordered delivery online. After I recieved my delivery I started eating my pizza and immediately spit it out. My pan pizza was just dough. That’s when I tried my other pizza to realize it was just undercooked and was just awful tasting 2 undercooked pizzas. I called the store to speak with the morning shift manager and he was absolutely rude calling me a liar. Stating he wasn’t going to re-deliver it when I paid for delivery which should have been completely cooked pizzas to begin with. So now I have to waste my gas and time for your mess up? No that’s not how it works. I have already contacted corporate and will be in contact with the general manager. I have never recieved such terrible service in my life anywhere else but here.
