Order placed at 5:40pm. Arrived at 6:45pm. The pizza was cold, items were missing, and I got a sweet video of the driver dropping the 2 liter soda. Normally this place is good, tonight it was trash, at best. I called them to get it straight. After getting through the AI ordering, I was able to get connected to the store. I was hung up on twice before I finally got someone to talk to.

Update: 3/8/24 – I decided to use the free pizza reward that they gave me on my last order because of the screw up. This was the final nail in the coffin. I will never order here again. I ordered pepperoni and sausage on one half and just cheese the other half (for my kids). The pizza came with pepperoni on one side and sausage on the other side.. that’s not what I ordered! So I ended up having to pull the sausage off of one side for my kids. The problem with that is when you take the sausage off, it pulls off the cheese with it… but wait, there’s more! Half of the pizza looks like the driver got hungry and pulled the crust off for himself (see pic). Why the heck would send a pizza out for delivery that isn’t complete? The pizza also has extra sauce which I did not order. The extra sauce added some spice. So my kids won’t eat it. This place needs to get it together. Papa John’s it is.

Not sure what happened recently. We always order from this location. Never had a complaint but tonight our pizza was not good. It’s hard to explain but the crust was almost as if it had been recooked. It was hard and had the texture of a frozen pizza. There was also chunks of doe that stuck to the bottom of the pizza. You can tell whoever made the pizza had a dirty prep space. Also, I never thought I would ever say this but there was WAY TOO MUCH cheese. It made it impossible to eat unless with a fork. Even my 5 and 7 yr old would not eat it which is crazy! My best guess is they repurposed a pizza that had already been made. They basically tossed on more cheese and added sausage to one half and popped it back in the oven until melted. That would explain the crust being harder and frozen like. Also explains the crazy amount of cheese. Not sure I’m willing to risk it again at this location. The pizza seriously tasted like a day old digiorno.

I made 3 online orders for pick up at 2:15pm (6 pizzas, 3 bread bites, 3 cinn twists, 3 sodas). I called at 1:58pm to ask if they could please “double cut” the pizzas because they were for elementary school kids. The lady on the phone sounded annoyed, and it took her several minutes to even recognize the order. Once she confirmed the order and that she could double cut them, she asked me when I was planning to come and pick up the pizzas because they’re already ready and sitting here. I informed her that I was 15 minutes away and that the pick-up time was ordered for 2:15pm, not 2pm. This Domino’s was very small, basically just a counter to order at; the store appeared clean enough. When I arrived, my food was sitting on racks under a table, no warmer or bags to keep them at temp. There only appeared to be one employee at the time, a man, the phone rang most of the time I was packing up my order. When I got to the school (a 9 min drive) I was disappointed with the temperature of the pizzas and the appearance of 2 of the pizzas. The steak pizza was dry and looked like it was topped with jerky. The thin crust cheese pizza was unrecognizable and remained untouched by 20 hungry pre-teens. The bread bites were fine. The cinn twists seemed a bit overcooked.

This is the WORST Domino’s location- service is slow-with a capital “S”. Food is never ready when app says it is- and often hasn’t even been prepared. If food isn’t undercooked, then you’ll get someone else’s order. Associates act like they’re spaced-out & don’t know what’s going on. Spend a little more gas and visit a different location, because you’ll be sitting at the Airline Blvd. location for a while until you get tired. Not recommended!

Ordered pizza at 9:50 pm was ready and sitting in the store since 10:08 and didnt get to my door until 11:09 the store is 4 minutes away when i called they acted like it was normal to wait over an hour for delivery ill just go get it myself next time and save the delivery fee and tip to wait 3 times longer than if i just went myself

Ive given this place try after try and they always find a way to mess up at lest one of my two pizzas. Tonight will be the last time i go to this location. When i first came in my pizza was burnt barely had sauce and no garlic ok the crust. I had them remake it because my daughter took one bite and spit it out. My remake looked great going on but their louzy oven guy thats more busy chatting with his buddy and making comments about my clothing than actually tending to the orders pushed an item back into the over making my pizza go further back and burn again. Knowing im here for a remake already they obviously made me a new pizza since my remake got burn too right? Wrong. They boxed it on up and hoped i would just leave. And luckily i did because waiting another 20 minutes and dealing with this idiocracy was not worth a new pizza or a 7$ refund. Ill just eat elsewhere from now on.

I placed an order online at 5:45pm. It arrived around 7pm. One of the pizzas was not editable. It was burnt, and hard. Couldn’t even bite into it. Called asked for a replacement. I offered to come pick it up since we were wanting to eat dinner. She said no. The driver will drop off the new pizza. An hour and a half later still no pizza. I called around 8:40pm and asked what’s going on. She put me on hold for about 3 mins and said the manager said it’s on its way. It is now 10:35pm. No pizza, no refund, and I can’t get the store to answer. I’ve cal twice now. Unacceptable. Will not be ordering from this store or company again.
