Multiple times I have ordered delivery. My pizza will show on the tracker as being prepared for over an hour. I used to get pizza at this location all the time and never had any issues but this was their 3rd strike. I will be ordering from elsewhere next time. Luckily the food has been decent when it finally arrives over and hour and a half later.

The pizza is RARELY an issue when picked up… Delivery ehhh ..What I found recently is, the SUBS can be SUB par! Yes, they’ll give you points (free pizza etc) but, to get a re delivery you have to REspend the delivery amount AGAIN, CALL it in for the refund (no online reorder) and that’s even if you’re only reordering 1 Item for say, $6. So now, you’ve dropped 20+ on the 1st order, and now have to add things to the order you didn’t want, just to use the refund… Possibly food wasted, extra $ spent AND the food replacement may not be up to par either. Pics, Philly sub REPLACEMENT for a chicken bacon ranch sub that was even worse than this…$ and food wasted 2x!

40 to 50 minute delivery times only to wait over an hour when I ordered online through the app the driver did not move for 15 minutes when my food was delivered the food was cold and it was all clumped up in the corner of the box when I called to tell the manager about what happened she said it will be an hour and a half wait obviously I didn’t wait an hour and a half and I took the pizzas back up there to her and got a remake in 15 minutes bad customer service they need to do better this is ridiculous they offered me a $15 credit I paid more for the pizzas then that credit would have offered me come on Domino’s. And I still didn’t get extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza smfh…

Save your time… ordered over 2 hours ago and food has not came. I called the store and they say it’s out for delivery. I check the tracker, it says it’s delivered. It was not delivered. Save your time.

Honestly astounded at this place. It’s usually pretty good at delivery and quality, but this was ridiculous. We order to have food delivered an hour in advance. Watching the tracker, pizza was done 15 minutes in advance. Ok cool. We’re just a couple of blocks away, so it should be here soon. Get the notification that it’s on it’s way. 20 minutes later, pizza arrives and it’s in this jumbled mess and cold. I called to complain and not only did she not give a damn, she tried making excuses. Saying it left as soon as it was out of the oven.
Ok, but it still arrived as a mound of cold pizza.
Got another pizza coming out, but said that we need to give this pizza back. As if we were just trying to score a free pizza. No, PLEASE take this back.
Just someone done with the day and can’t be bothered.
I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but it’s worse.
Edit: we got a replacement pizza and it was hot and fresh. So, we’re happy for that.

This Domino’s location has let me down many times. I was once a Domino’s fan but Very long delivery times along with cold pizza has led me to delete my account. I would not recommend this location.

I can’t say enough great things about my Domino’s on LaSalle Ave in Hampton, Virginia. They are the Masters of the game. They make sure that My food is ALWAYS delicious , hot, fast, fresh and damn near beautiful. Lol! I love them. I call and tell them often. This location serves the best of the best. I’m moving soon but the LaSalle Ave. location will ALWAYS be my choice.

I understand everyone is short staffed but having to wait two hours for a delivery should be a disclaimer before you choose delivery. tonight we did carry out and still had to wait over an hour but when I was in the building waiting for my pizza to be made I could hear the employees talking trash about customers calling to check in on the status of their pizza. One employee in particular was doing the trash talking and nonstop trash talking so just a heads up if you have to call Dominos to check on the status of your Pizza expect to get talked about and pray your food doesn’t get any extra special sauce. Just sayin
