Let me start with just order online and save yourself $30 for 2 pizzas. Now the food is exactly what you’d expect. Production style pizza.
The workers at this particular location work their tails off and feel genuinely bad when it is taking longer than predicted. I didnt see anyone there stop moving the entire time I was there waiting for my food. The person before me made an order for the middle school dance and must have had 50 pizzas and even with that said it only took 10 minutes longer to get my food than expected. Good job to them!

Came in to get a medium pepperoni extra cheese they told me 30 to 40 min had to wait over a hour to get my food do not recommend coming here ever

I have experienced the worst with this location. My pizza was not completely cooked. The sauce and cheese was loose and it was under cooked. By the time the driver delivered my order it was all over the box. We had to eat the pizza with a fork and knife. I called to report the issue and was told they would correct the issue and I would have a replacement pizza under my information. When I called to redeem my replacement I received a recording stating someone would be with me shortly…… after an hour of waiting the line disconnected. I decided to call back on Saturday to redeem and was told I had to pick up my pizza off their mistake. Disappointed and irritated, I spoke with manager on duty and she said they were close for the week because of equipment replacement and I should have checked on Facebook to see that there location was closed all week. Well I feel as if the website should have stated they were close along with a recording on the business line. Website only shows to call because they are not delivering. I will not be using this location again, one too many issues from them. I will drive to another location and forfeit the luxury of delivery.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. The food quality on recent orders has gone down. Neither pizza seemed fresh out of the oven and the Philly cheesesteak pizza was stuck to the box. The pizzas tore apart and I couldn’t scrape the middle of the pizza out of the box. I also ordered one cup of the garlic sauce and it tasted weird.

Ordered late during a storm and saw wait time was a hour out. They only had one driver on duty and I asked if coming to pick it up would be easier. They said yeah so I came, grabbed it, gave me a 2 liter for my troubles and got back to cranking out orders.

Highly disappointed with this particular location. They will not deliver to my apartment complex after 4pm. I was told it was for the safety of the delivery driver. I find that to be very prejudice because the complex is predominantly Black people. My order was canceled but it will take 2-5 days for my money to be refunded to my card. I chose another pizza place that delivers to my apartment complex after 4pm. Please do not order for delivery if you get off work after 4pm and cannot pick it up yourself.

We have always had a positive experience with the store. So far, we have only used them for store pickup, so I can’t comment on delivery or curbside service. When ordering through the app, the order is typically ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Our orders have been correct every time and the quality of the food is as expected.

Quality of the pizza has degraded a lot. There is hardly any cheese and it isn’t thick enough. I loved their hand tossed dough which was thick, cheesy and soft, but not anymore.
