Food was pretty decent and was finished only a little after the time it was scheduled. Staff was friendly, but it looked pretty understaffed. Management needs to do a better job of enforcing hair nets, as I found a small hair on my pizza that was certainly not mine.

I ordered a two topping hand tossed pizza the other day. I paid $20.80. When I got to the shop to pick up the pizza, there was a white board beside the register that said “Manager’s Special: 2 two topping hand tossed pizzas for $10.99 each.” When I pointed out the obvious to the cashier, I was told that since I didn’t order two pizzas at the same time, I was not entitled to the special.

I get carry out here all the time and never have a problem! I usually get two large $7.99 carry out specials and they’re always ready in about 15 minutes. I also just tried the mango habanero wings and I think they were pretty good especially for the price ($7.99 for 10). I also like this location since parking in the evening is easy. Took over an hour and received a scrunched up pizza. Won’t answer the phone. Total garbage and never again. Edit. They made it right. They do NOT know how to take responsibility for their errors and resolve quickly. The general manager does not know how to communicate and effectively discuss how the company will resolve and take responsibility if they take 2 payments both at different amounts for the same transaction because 1 include a tip and the the other is the actual price of the food. So what does the store do ignore, keep on hold 20 min. What does corporate do send you to a machine who can’t resolve it. My bank shldnt have resolve your error Dominos, you took money from me without tell me no email NOTHING. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Until a few days ago, I hadn’t ordered Domino’s in many years. After a long day, I wanted pizza and decided to give the local Dom’s a try. It took way longer for the delivery driver to get me my pizza, but knowing that Covid is affecting all of us since so many people are out sick, etc. I waited patiently. Yes, it took over an hour, but not only did it arrive, Domino’s corporate sent me a 50% off coupon for my next order. Note that I never complained…they just knew they took longer than they said they would. And yes, the pizza was delicious. I ended up using the coupon last night for the same exact pizza and it arrived on time with the delivery driver smiling. Thus, the 5 stars and I will continue to be a customer.

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for a while and never had a problem. I understand people are short staffed and that things can get a little stressful. But I think you go too far when you’re asking questions about your order and whether It will be somewhat hot when they can deliver and they hang up. I don’t even care when it was delivered I just didn’t want it cold after sitting already for a half an hour. I tried to call back but they would not pick up my call so I called from another phone and they picked right up. Just wanted to know whether my order was canceled or not. Just please remember that we are all struggling in our jobs but it’s no reason to be rude and disrespectful.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s 3 times in the last month and have had issues every single time. Two nights ago our order took a little over an hour to arrive. Not the delivery drivers fault because it sat at the store for 90% of the time. We live 2 miles away. There were also bits of pineapple at the corner of my pizza and bacon on the corners of my wife’s pizza and we didn’t order those toppings. I’ve been ordering Dominos for 15 years and have never seen that happen.
