Ordered 4 pizzas tonight and bread bites and had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the thin crust pizzas. The thin crust pizzas were overdone and one of the hand tossed pizzas barely had cheese on half of it. We weren’t given the 2 marinara sauces we were charged for and the bread bites were swimming in oil, it was definitely not the best experience.
Based on tonight, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The store manager is very rude and has no idea how to deal with upset customers! I order pizza delivery with an expectation that my pizza would be delivered within 30-45 minutes but it sat in quality check for 30 minutes I called because we had to leave soon and rather than helping the store manager told me to calm down and was very rude! If you can’t meet an expectation then don’t set one! They then cancelled my order without me telling get to do so..I am not sure if she was the store manager but if she is the district manager should definitely do something about her rude attitude

Attempted to order pizzas from this location only to the pizzas delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver then notified me that she dropped them off by placing them on a refrigerator in an open garage where some random guy was sleeping. When I told her she had the wrong address she stated she she would go back and get the pizzas to bring them to me. Ummm, no ma’am. I called the store, and the person answering the phone who I will not name, was made aware of this mishap and request to remake pies. She then began to ignore my calls when I rejected the food that the delivery left on incorrect property. When she finally answered the phone she acted as of it was funny and stated she was “busy.”
When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager which was false. I do not recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Every single time I order from the Domino’s on Bridge Road, whether it’s delivery or carryout, there is always a problem. Either the wrong pizza shows up, or something from my order is completely missing. You’d think after one or two mistakes they’d tighten up their process, but this location just does not seem to care about consistency or customer satisfaction.
The worst part is the customer service. When I called the store to address the mistake (again), the young woman who answered the phone acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking them to fix their own error. I remained polite and professional, but her response was dismissive and careless, just an unbothered “ok,” with no sense of urgency or accountability. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that constantly messes up orders.
It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on food and never receive it the way you ordered it, and then to be treated like your concerns don’t matter when you call. This location needs serious management changes, better training, and staff who actually care about their customers. Until then, I would highly recommend avoiding the Bridge Road Domino’s if you value getting the food you paid for—or even basic customer service.

Ordered from the app and the food got delivered, where? I don’t know. Called the store and requested for a remade order. Waited an hour so I called back, someone answered the phone and when I gave them my address to look for my order, I then got hung up on. Unacceptable behavior.
