I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza from the Domino’s on Hampton Roads Parkway in Suffolk, and what I received was honestly unacceptable. The pizza looked or tasted nothing like what was advertised or expected. The toppings were uneven, there were barely any steak pieces, and the cheese was clumped and greasy. Parts of the crust were inflated and overcooked while the rest of the pizza looked rushed and sloppy.
For the price, I expected something at least resembling a proper Philly Cheesesteak pizza, but this looked like it was thrown together without any care. Overall, the quality was extremely poor, and the food was disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless they seriously improve their standards. The Manager’s response was just as unacceptable as the food.

I did a phone order for me to pickup while on my way home. He order was ready in less than 10 minuetes, ready when I got there 8 mins after phoning it in. Pizza was ok. Not the best I have ever had. Actually I get better pizza from little ceasar. When I caled little ceasar, I was told a half hour wait time. So I called domino’s. I guess little caesar’s was busy cause their pizza is better and less expensive 8 min dominos? I am not likely to return any time soon. Back in the day domino’s was top notch pizza. I wish they would return to being top notch.

I won’t lie in the past this dominos has disappointed me but tonight I was extremely impressed I tried to leave a comment card so the staff tonight could get recognition because the order was fast I got all the extras on my pizza best pizza I have had in so long. I ordered around 8:40 pm I waited less than five minutes and had a kid running to my car apologizing about the wait! I was so impressed and pleased I legit stopped in th middle of eating my pizza to write this review cause whoever worked tonight is goated and deserves to be recognized idk who it was but I pray next time I order they are working again hands down the best experience I’ve had at this location.

This store needs to either step up their game or close down. I love Domino’s, but I’ve had problems in the last three visits.
First was when I placed an online order for pickup. App said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes later and was told 3 times “it’ll be out in just a minute”. I waited for 30 minutes just to learn that my order never processed. When I asked why the staff didn’t catch this earlier, all I got was “well, that’s what happens when you use the terrible app” (this is the first problem I had with the app).
Second was placing a large order for a party we had. One person has a dairy allergy, and another is lactose intolerant; so I specifically requested one pizza WITHOUT cheese. At a glance, this pizza was cheese-less, but as soon as one of them took a bite they realized there were several sprinkles of cheese on nearly every slice. It was almost like they put cheese on it, realized they weren’t supposed to, and tried to brush it off. The rest of the pizzas were poorly made as well: one had almost nothing but sauce on two slices, one ham & pineapple had several olives & onions on it even though we didn’t order it that way, and all of them were cut very haphazardly. To their credit, they were very apologetic this time when I called to complain (I’m guessing because the word “food allergy” was mentioned), and they offered a free pizza on my next order.
At least, that’s what they said… when I tried to redeem the free pizza the next week, they couldn’t find the offer in my account. At that point I decided enough was enough and ordered from Rita’s instead. Next time I’m craving Domino’s, I’ll order from the Churchland store.

Order 2 for $5.99 each medium pizza pan with Alfredo sauce and topping Philly steak and premium chicken pizza come hot and sauce taste delicious. The other one medium pizza pan with marinara sauce topping Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza come hot and nice but the sausage too little. We also order side chicken wings but chicken size to small but well cook. We pay cash and the Casher never give us receipt even we ask them, then they said the system was down. But they print label and any other receipt.

I went to this Domino’s 6 months ago. I got 2 pizzas for carryout. I previously had a normal experiences at this location.This time one of the pizzas was so bad I threw half of it in the trash. So when I was asked how my experience was by Domino’s I responded. I was nicer than I should have been but I did send a message about how terrible the pizza was. I was expecting something…an apology or free pizza. Nope, nothing,ignored.And for that I haven’t been to a damn Domino’s since. That’s how I am. And I won’t go back.

Been ordering pizza from this location for the past 5 years and it was.. well dominos pizza! Not bad pizza, cheap and tasty. But this past year it has gone down the drain! Every time I order it is either under cooked, over cooked, wrong order, missing something or cooked wrong. I took a break from ordering here for awhile mostly because we are cutting back on bad foods and because service sucks. But today I decided not to cook and just order a pizza. Big mistake. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and sausage. The crust was so with and under cooked. No extra cheese. So I called and asked them to remake it and send it out. After 45 min on the phone and they sent a new pizza. It was cooked better but still super thin. This is nothing like Brooklyn style pizza. Or extra cheese.

Order online at 4 pm requested for delivery at 6 got the order a little after 6. I ordered 1 Meatzza 1 6 cheese and 1 BBQ chicken. I got 2 6 cheese pizzas and 1 BBQ chicken pizza. I have been on hold with the store now for over 20 minutes to get this resolved. The pizza wasn’t even hot when it got to my house. Guess I won’t be ordering Domino’s again anytime soon.
