We had been coming here regularly ever since we moved to the area. Unfortunately our last experience changed that. They got one of our orders completely wrong, and all of the food was very thrown together and just not great. All the other times were fine, so I don’t know what happened. Then I reported the issue through the app I used to place the order, filled out all sorts of information, and then we never heard from them again. It’s always disappointing when you get home and realize the order is wrong, but you at least expect someone to reach out and make it right.

Placed an order of 8 pizza’s today for a class party and had the order set to be picked up at 1:15pm. Got here and my order wasn’t ready, no one greeted me. This lady stood here for 10-15 on her phone, she’s been on her phone the entire time and the “manager” just been sitting here letting her do it. She ain’t did no work since I been here and I been here for about 30 min now waiting on my food. The young lady told the manager, who was in charge of making the pizzas, that she was missing two cheeses for my order. He ignored her and continued making other orders. I let 10min pass thinking he heard her and he was going to make it and he still didn’t. I asked to speak with him and he walked to the back and got on his phone and took his time coming up to speak with me. When he finally came up he acted like he ain’t hear me but then proceeded to make the order. I had to wait an additional 30-40 min for pizza which is ridiculous and as a manager why aren’t you providing any solutions to the issue or providing customer service? The service sucks and the workers not being clean. Touching their phones, then touching the food. Walking around with airpods and earbuds in their ear while they’re making food. Not greeting the customers and then on top of all that moving slow as hell. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Very dissatisfied!
Unfortunately, I place an order last night from this location and I regret it! My pizza or sub didn’t meet my expectations. It was missing the toppings & had a teaspoon of sauce on the entire pizza, not to mention I order Extra sauce. The back on the was burnt. and that my sub was burnt. I tried calling back last night, but there was no answer. I stopped by the store the day before, and it was packed with customers. When I explained the situation, he informed me that they ran out of sauce, and that he would call his supervisor, for the refund and he did. However, when he returned, he later informed me that the supervisor stated they don’t issue refunds.
However, the guaranteed policy states otherwise. I would appreciate it if someone that honors the policy could look into this matter and provide a refund for my order. It’s sad to see a newly built location go down.

Tried to get anyway pizza, but no longer available. Instead, I tried medium-sized pizza that was on special, and it was delicious with mushrooms, spinach, and feta cheese (in addition to regular chesse).. what made this better than what I’ve previously ordered was the sauce.. I got white Alfredo like sauce and man oh man. I’ll never add red marinara sauce again.

Believe the reviews that you read here…. do NOT order Dominos pizza. I ordered two pizzas the same with 7 toppings and 5 toppings were missing. Of course, I called the store because obviously this was a mistake.. No they said that they were “out of” the other toppings. So no one thought to call or say something at pick-up so I could cancel the order. Waste

Food was made IMMEDIATELY after we ordered and then promptly sat on the counter for an hour before it was set to deliver to us. Result? Burnt food, which was super strange as it was also cold. Not lukewarm, just cold.
