I order 2 pizzas the driver delivered them to the wrong house I had hunt my pizza down after I had to go to the store just to figure out where they was at and I was told “oh I seen 42** so I dropped them off” after that I had to hunt my pizza down on the neighbors door that was on a different street then I was on then the pizza isn’t even edible it’s turn over extremely dry and cold after ordering extra everything. I typically don’t have an issue here, it’s my go to pizza spot. It just so happens that I see a new staff and was ignored, everyone wearing headphones and just everyone was just rude and put off. Please tell me what happened here with my twist? No drinks were stocked and had to go back in to get the icing for my cinnamon pancakes. Such an unfortunate.

Consistently gets order incorrect to include 1. Putting ingredients on pizza I am allergic to and did not order. 2. Sending incorrect and past best by date salads 3. Forgetting sauces/ingredients 4. I got 2 medium New York Style pizzas with 2 toppings on half of each pizza. I used the Mix & Match deal. AWFUL. It doesn’t taste good, the toppings are painfully spread out (unequal amounts of toppings on different slices and even missing toppings where there should be), and the “New York Style” is a disgrace to New York. This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten from Domino’s. The sauce is overwhelming and even with the deal, I feel like I wasted my money. Never ordering again. Also, for all the ads I had to watch about quality control, the fact that the toppings weren’t evenly distributed despite only having to be put on half of both pizzas (seriously, there were slices with way too many toppings and two with too few) shows that literally nothing has improved. This should’ve been thrown in the trash, not sold to a customer.

Tasty, fast, easy, and clean! I chose pickup/carryout. I love the pizza tracker. They even have it up on the screen inside the store. Everyone wears masks. Prep area was organized and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. Domino’s is always reliable for a quick, inexpensive meal. Easily one of the best options in Lakeside.

Absolutely horrible place!! I ordered a pizza that never came!! When I called to check the status, the guy that answered told me he “couldn’t look it up right now cause we’re getting things together” WTH????? Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!! Wouldn’t even give me the owners name, said he was the manager and he did all he could do. Horrible!!!!

Avoid ordering delivery from this place. They claim their own drivers will deliver, but then cancel the order 40 minutes later—just because you called. If you ordered through Uber Eats, a refund from Regis could take up to 10 business days. Be careful!

Wonder why this place has a low rating. LOREZO.. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SERVE ME AT 10:30 . Normally close at 1am..SAID THEY WERE CLOSED EARLY BC THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS!! I’ll never spend money here again.
