My boyfriend and I came here to use a reward I had for a free pizza. The lady who was working was so sweet and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. She had such great customer service. The guy in the back making the pizzas also had such a sweet spirit. I had ordered my pizza to the wrong store and they were so patient with trying to help us figure out how to fix it. They made our experience so great!!!

These poor guys… I ordered pick up. There was nowhere to add a tip when ordering. They had the pizzas made quickly. When I arrived, they were courteous and quick. I asked if I could tip, the gentleman looked stunned. He couldn’t believe I wanted to tip, and said he was going to tell everyone in the back. I was happy to make someone’s day, but I feel bad these guys must be so unappreciated that a $5 tip stunned them. And the pizza was awesome. 7yo boys devoured it happily

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s location. The sign on the door clearly states that the store opens at 10 AM. I walked there to pick up a pizza for my lunch break, only to find the door locked. I could see two employees inside, so I knocked on the door/window several times, but I was completely ignored. Eventually, one employee came to the door, but gave no explanation or apology for the delay or the lack of communication. This level of customer service is unacceptable and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers aren’t treated this way.

I ordered a pizza late at night, it took over an hour to prepare, then was never delivered. Now I’m trying to call and get a refund, but I’m met with an automated response repeating itself over and over. I’ve never had such a poor experience with dominos. Since delivery orders get placed here because of where I live, I no longer order delivery.
Do not order from this dominos, save yourself the headache.

By Far The best Dominos I have ordered from since I have moved from Nova to Richmond! The staff is amazing!! I have a paint a twist every other Sunday night , and Chris The New General manager and his awesome team of management always makes sure our food is fresh! And have been working hard !

When did ever the customer service had a smallmouth against the customer specially when they make their order wrong and they still get mad like the customers, the one supposed to get mad, but I feel so bad for a domino causes. Very great company with very bad customer service.
I’m allergic to mushrooms. Whoever took the order. He took it with no responsibility. Whoever answer me after that because I contact them back to fix the issue, but the guy also answered. He was very rude.

I had made an assumption after I talked to the first worker that he was extremely fried (I was okay with it tho because I was too) but I sat down and waited for my takeout order to be finished. 5 minutes go by and then a 2nd worker asks me again what my name was and what I ordered. There was a mix up because it seems they tried to cancel my order but someone already started making it, so it had to be rung up again. The 2nd worker had made some mistakes putting the order into the system, so it was way more than it should have been. I told them about their mistake and it seemed to upset them. They had an attitude for the rest of our interaction, and I just wondered why they were so upset when I just didn’t want to pay more than I intended to. I disregarded the way they were treating me and paid, grabbed my pizza and said thank you.
Now me being fried as well I just put it behind me and went home without really letting it get to me. Then I open up my food and it’s all made horribly. Everything had already been finished before the 2nd person started dealing with me so it was a retaliation for me asking about the mess up. But it just proved to me that they were all indeed high as kites. The lava cakes were the icing on top to make me leave this review.
To the 2nd dude, I hope you figure out your situation man. Can’t imagine being that upset when you’re that fried.

I ordered a thin crust spinach feta pizza and some cheesy bread. I ordered for carryout, the app said it would be about 15 minutes, perfect, I’m about a 12 minute walk away. So by the time I get there my food should be close to done, but when I got there they had some mix up and my pizza wasn’t ready yet, the worker (I feel bad for forgetting his name but he worked on 07/14 night and had glasses) apologized profusely and genuinely didnt want me to have to wait, that’s no problem for me, I wanted to go by 7-11 anyways.
When I come back I have to wait like maybe 5 minutes more, he comes over to offer me a free soda too, something that never happens anymore when restaurants mess up. I really appreciate the service at this store, I don’t really order dominos that much but this made me want to order more from this location.
P.S If you’re waiting/eating there with kids, they have a chalk board, my roommate was having fun drawing on it while waiting lol, also the bathrooms/lobby are clean
