I ordered 1 large pizza and was handed 2 medium boxes. I told the cashier oh I ordered a large and she says this is a large. I opened up the first box and half of my large my pizza was folded to fit inside the box. They didn’t have large boxes which was not explained. Even if no large boxes, they could’ve made it look a lot better and explained it better. Took it home and pizza is so thin can’t even pick up a slice. Very disappointed by everything. wish I hadn’t ordered anything in the first place .

Ordered here several nights ago and picked up for carry out after waiting 2 hours the previous night for delivery. Decided to try stuff crust and ordered well done! Got home and pizza crust was still doughy. Never once had an issue with location until I called and explained situation and got hung up on saying theirs no proof. Reached out to corporate for the pizza and will reach out again for the poor customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Domino’s location @ 111 N. Belvidere Street, Richnond, VA . I have come to this Dominos for years and this Dominos has been going down hill. I placed an order for five cheese pizzas (again just cheese pizzas) totaling $45.06, only to find it had been canceled without notice. When I arrived, the store manager (who identified herself as ‘Tee Tee’ (which I a sure is not her real name) stated that she cancelled the order). She was highly unprofessional and argumentative, showing no interest in resolving the error. I was informed it will take 2–5 days for my refund to process, yet I watched other customers receiving their orders without issue. This store’s standards have severely declined, and I will not be returning.

Went and got some pizzas for an early lunch today. The staff that answered the phone were very polite and professional couldn’t have asked for a nicer people to be working there.. they got our pizzas done quickly and correctly and gave us plenty of napkins that we asked for. Great experience for early lunch today.

I got here early, and that’s my fault. But the order was supposed to he ready by 7:11. Then 7:15. Now 7:38. If I had known it would be so long, I’d have gone somewhere else. I’ll have been sitting here over an hour before they bother bringing me the food. It is way too expensive for this nonsense.

I made an online order and went to dominoes 40 minutes later- the wait time was over an hour and they kept having to remake my pastas. I get the pastas and they put the wrong sauces on them and put different types of meat (both pork) in both pastas even though I am vegetarian and cannot even touch meat due to religious reasons. Overall, I am very disappointed by the service and quality of food. Do not come here.

This location by far is the worse I’ve ever been to especially with the customer service. I’m assuming he was a manager but his demeanor and customer service skills were atrocious. He acted like he didn’t want to be there and complained about orders coming in before Christmas Eve. The other workers seemed fine but this manager don’t need this job. Poor judgment on this franchise to make him a manager. He was not helpful to customers coming in picking up orders.

Place an order your store Richmond, VA on 111 N. Belvidere order number 1977. They had to remake my pizza 2 or 3 times just to mess it up a last time. Poor customer service and I guess the manager was no better. I’m a manager at AutoZone and I stride at making customer’s happy and providing as much help as I can…that chain is not it you guys really need new employees there at that store. 2 days ago I went just have a lop sided pizza made for me but it was good so I decided to give you guys another chance but this is ridiculous. I want to speak with somebody about this something as to be done about that store.
