This is the 4th time I’ve had a problem with this Dominos. Constantly well over an hour on delivery (not starting with placing the order, from the notification it’s on the way). I keep trying bc I love dominos but I honestly don’t think one order has turned out right in 2 years. This time I’ve been waiting 2 hours for delivery. Estimate was 45 mins. At the least I am always missing at least one thing once delivered. One time they delivered to my neighbor then acted like I was the jerk when I said I didn’t get it. I ordered pizza for the family because I have a newborn. I waited over an hour for it to be “delivered” except it was never delivered. It was marked on the app as delivered but it never arrived. I attempted multiple times to call the store to alert them. They won’t answer the phone. I will be reporting the purchase as fraud AND showing up at the store. This is ridiculous. If I didn’t have a crying newborn, I would go up to the store immediately.

First night in our new home… we have always been the biggest dominos fans. Dominos is the ONLY place we order from. We have 4 kids who get so so excited. This delivery woman literally has zero life in her. I didn’t even get a chance to compliment her red nails, her messy bun or anything. I literally said thankyou so much and she replied with have a goodnight (depressing like) and booked it. She was gone. My daughter attempted to make her feel better but she was gone. She didn’t care, and having a delivery person at nighttime is rare for dominos (coming from Chesapeake) but like really? You don’t have half a second to be professional? I’m not trying to be picky but ALL of my kids get so excited when dominos delivery comes through, we all get so excited. ORDER AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Incompetent and food is dubious at best. I have used the Richmond Rd location many times and never had a problem but every time I order from here they screw it up. They delivered our food to the wrong apartment, did not update the order status or call us, did not pick up the store phone when we tried to call them, AND our cold food was burnt / had ants on it because it had been so long.
