I ordered my pizza online like I have done many times but, although the ready time was 1108-1118a, I got there early, the pizza was brought out to the car and when I got home I discovered it was completely room temperature, no heat whatsoever. I called and think I spoke with the manager on duty who said it had been sitting on the warmer – clearly was made ahead of time for someone and given to me instead. Manager told me that it couldn’t possibly have been cold – end of story. Although I ONLY order from that location, I live 2 mi away, I will have to Antonio’s Pizza (across the street), his food is alway perfect and hot. So much for standing behind your product.

This was a really great experience. I haven’t had a Domino’s pizza in a long time, but this pizza was awesome. I originally called the Laburnum location but they told me to call Highland Springs location. I called and the nicest young guy answered the phone ( Nick) He took my order and was so professional and just very nice.I was very impressed with the pizza and with Nick. Kudos to Nick!!! This used to be a great location. However, the last several times I have ordered my order has sat with in prep or quality check for more than 30 minutes. Currently, my order has been in prep for 45 minutes. Completely disappointed with this location.

Two of the pizzas looked like a 3-year-old made them. They were not cooked well done as ordered. The thin crust pizza was very bland and looked terrible. The chicken pizza had to be cooked more after I got it home. The photo was taken after we cooked it more. Overall it was a terrible pizza experience.
