I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough. I wanted to send a pizza to my nephew for his birthday long distance and simply asked if the employee who made this pizza wrote happy birthday on the box somewhere.
This made my day and my nephews day special.

wanted to order pizza for a soccer game at Pleasant Grove. Office location told me I must download the app and choose Hotspot. Did all that, went thru every detail of my order and payment on the app only to find out there’s a problem with the app. Recalled the location which retold me I must place the order on the app to deliver to this location. Hung up, called Papa John’s. Pizza delivered within 25 minutes. Tone Def employees.

Made the order via the app. When I got there, I had to wait 15 minutes longer than what the app said. I was very unhappy with the service. I asked who the manager was and the female slicing the pizza said that her was Megan. I said that I was not all thrilled the wait. She started to grin and began laughing. Of everyone that was there, NOT ONE came to ask what was wrong. They just stood around EVEN whoever Megan ‘s boss is. Everyone blew me off. No problem. It will be awhile before I order from Domino’s. I gave it 3 stars be the pizza that I ordered was still warm when I brought it back to the house.
