After traveling all day, arriving late into Richmond and driving to Charlottesville, Domino’s was our only quick food option. (After 10pm on a Monday night)
We placed our order in route using the online APP.
Its Domino’s. Quality and price as expected. Location was rough.

Being from out of town (and out of state, the PNW) we were unfamiliar with the concept of pizza satellites inside Walmarts. Our GPS was equally confused.
Eventually we figured it out, collected our order and ate in our hotel room.

Best word to describe this location is SLOW!! This location is incredibly slow. Read the other reviews, they say the same thing. Everyone in here is chit chatting and hanging around. In NO hurry. Don’t bother with the pizza tracker…. They added 20 minutes to my max wait time. If they are going to be so slow they shouldn’t give an estimate that people plan on at all. Just send a confirmation that says we have no idea when your order will be ready so don’t plan ahead at all. Do better Dominos, do better. Order screen is turned off in this store Everytime. Two people making pizza and 1 person leaves every 3-5 minutes to run a order to the parking lot. Needs to be 3 people minimum working at dinner time but what do I know?

I live right across the street and the pizza arrived cold, burnt and smelling like old Chinese food; totally inedible, .At first it was the fact that they clearly have no clue how to slice pizza ,but this is the worst I have ever received. Never ordering from there again. You will come out better getting frozen pizza.

Absolutely done giving this location chances. It was convenient being that it’s close , but I would rather pay the 5.00 a gallon to go all the way to Louisa! The first mishap I over looked, ok wrong wings it can happen, but to be given this is just outrageous!!

OMG, has the worst experience at this Dominos. The came to pick up my order which according to the Tracker was already ready. The short youger guy in blue hat started screaming so bad and refused to give my pizzas by saying they are not ready yet.
A few seconds later an older big nice guy came and asked me if I was being helped. He saw my pizzas already ready and gave it to me.

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews for this location. I ordered carry out from there last night and it was hot and ready when I got there, and Jeremy at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful despite being very busy. Will definitely continue to order from here.

Worker Chris took my order with a specific pick up time and a special order pizza, when I get there they tell me they don’t have any order with my name on it but they have a pizza made EXACTLY like I ordered with the correct pick up time on it that I requested but with a different name. I have had many situations in the food industry where employees will take your order and purposely mess up the name so when no one shows up for the pizza with THAT name they get to keep it! I will NOT be returning to this dominos after this experience.

I ordered from there regularly. Last week I was at home hadn’t ordered but got a notice to my cash app for two separate charges. I immediately called them and they said they couldn’t see it. So I went there and showed them my cash app. And the last tile I ordered. They took pictures and contacted Corprate who said since they done see it on there and even tho they had the pictures and proof they took them money from my account. They said it’s not there responsibility since they don’t see it. One of the ill employees must have found a way to cover it but the charge is there and clear. Done use tour cards there only pay cash. They will take your money. I won’t order again and if I do cash only.

So we ordered a few pizzas today. Arrived at this location and waiting for one of the delivery drivers to leave so we could park in the “curbside pickup only” spots. Checked in for curbside pickup, and waited and waited. Ended up having to call inside to see what the deal was. We were told that we had not placed an order. When my wife had gone inside to show them the order, and receipt FOR the order that we were told we did not place, we were then told that the guy inside had given our order to the first person he saw (not us, obviously). Then we were told that yes, we did in fact place an order (well, yeah. Because you just gave it to someone else).
This is the only place within about 20 miles to order a pizza. One would think they wouldn’t make it worth it, to drive to the next Domino’s in Louisa VA. But here they are, making it better to drive to the next town over.
