An off night for this store, which I’ll chalk up to the cold temperature and the snow on the ground, and I’ll hope this doesn’t become the standard. After all, your business is to deliver food. I’ve had several great deliveries from this store, but tonight was different.
First, Russ(ell) couldn’t follow my simple instructions – to drive to the front of my building on High St. and leave my order just inside the exterior door, necessitating an awkward phone call from him and us playing hide and go seek on the basement floor on the back side of my building to find each other. And then, my pizza wasn’t cut – at all. It’s a good thing I’m a functional adult and have my own pizza cutter. Finally, as if Russ knew I was going to complain about my service, when I went to “Tell [you] how [you] did” in the Dominos app, I got an error.
I look forward to a better experience on my next order.

Absolutely terrible experience.
My order showed up 30 minutes late, missing the 2-liter Coke, missing the garlic sauce for the pizza, and missing the ranch for the wings. So right off the bat, I paid for items that never even arrived.
To make it worse, the pizza wasn’t even hot when it got here — it was lukewarm, so I literally had to reheat it in my own oven. The “buffalo wings” barely had any sauce on them either. They weren’t buffalo wings — they were basically plain wings with a light drizzle of sauce.
When I called the store, the manager only blamed being “a driver down” for the late delivery and had zero explanation for the missing drink or sauces. Their solution? A $15 credit on an account I don’t even have, which is basically meaningless.
Late, incomplete order, cold food, and zero accountability. If you actually want what you paid for and want it to arrive hot, order from literally anywhere else.

The service was extremely slow for it being 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. I place my water online and it was accepted at 2:55. At 3:10 when I went into the store it still showed that it was being prepared. I was then as ked why I was there told them and then still did not receive a pizza till 3:17. Upon leaving the store I looked at their screen and it still showed my order as cooking. Have ordered before A couple times before online. Got there within 15 minutes. Pizza done.

Great delivery service! Ordered ahead by someone else but I was in charge of receiving the order. Connor delivered the order on time – a couple minutes ahead of schedule, actually. I happened to be outside when he arrived, and he was was prompt with the order, kind and professional. The pizza is fine – it’s Domino’s, which is pretty standardized fare; no big surprises. Hand-tossed pizzas were good, the thin & crispy pie (normally my fave if having Domino’s) was overcooked this time though.

This review is for the wonderful service of this location. We recently ordered a delivery order. It took a little longer to get to us than usual (I think about 45 min), presumably they had other stops, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was when we received our order, the pizza was cold and had been jostled to where all the pieces were in a pile in the corner. When I reassembled the pieces, it even looked like some were missing. We were pretty disappointed. So I called the store and explained the situation to Tommy, who immediately did damage control and agreed to resend us our order, first thing, and to even throw in a free 2 Liter and dessert. We got our new order (to our surprise he even sent us new Parmesan bites too from our order) super quickly and it was hot. I was really impressed with Tommy’s service and their willingness to remediate the situation!

I was in Charlottesville for holiday and ordered delivery to the hotel . The driver brought it straight to the room which was amazing & so helpful !! The pizza was made absolutely perfect and the pasta bowl was probably the best one I’ve ever had. They even included a little bag of napkins and plates which was so perfect because they knew what i needed when I forgot after a long day
