Order stuffed bacon and jalapeño cheesy bread and my man Nate was working tonight. Let me just say that this young man has been with the company for awhile at a couple of locations and I’m ALWAYS happy to see him. He’s respectable, pleasant and a hard worker. Nate, Kristopher and the crew were holding it down and not to mention they Did Not disappoint with the food or customer service. 5th street Domino’s is by far one of the best restaurants in Charlottesville. Thank you for making my night and my food RIGHT ❤️

Was very surprised that in a 3 week span the warmer that holds pizzas already paid for to allow u to skip the waiting and just grab ur food was still not working and I had to wait! About 10 minutes the last time bc it took 4 people to figure out why an order was skipped which left myself and 2 other inside customers standing and waiting! Plus app no longer has options to add extras to certain items (Philly sub for example- no where to add extra meat)

We just went here. The door said open, but there were a lot of people inside. They didn’t open the door. The sign behind the door said we were locked. And the website also says it locks at midnight. The staff were inside and didn’t open the door, but the sign on the door said open. The staff were having fun and answering customers from behind the door, it was just a simple order.

We recently visited the Domino’s Pizza location on 5th Street and had a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was up to the usual standard, a few issues stood out that marred the overall visit.
Firstly, the staff was quite noisy. While it’s understandable that a busy restaurant might have a lively atmosphere, the level of noise from the staff was excessive and disruptive, making it hard to enjoy the meal in peace.
Secondly, condiments were not provided proactively. We had to ask for dipping sauces, which should be a standard part of the service, especially in a well-established chain like Domino’s.
Additionally, the pizza menu did not have prices listed. This lack of transparency made it difficult to make informed choices and was quite frustrating.
Lastly, the location did not have a restroom available for customers. This was particularly inconvenient, especially during a longer stay or for families with children.
Overall, while the pizza was good, the noisy staff, lack of proactive service with condiments, absence of prices on the menu, and lack of a restroom significantly detracted from the dining experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

My experience with this Domino’s was much better than other stores I’ve had experiences with and I’ve had a lot of Domino’s orders due to my job. Food came faster than expected, and the food itself was better than most other Domino’s . This is just my experience. YMMV

We are in the hospital with our son andGot a 50$ order delivered. The pizza was folded over on itself like it was boxed wrong. It was also not the cheese that was ordered. The sandwich was not top and bottom but side by side with the fixes all over the place. For a 20$ delivery fee thos place isn’t worth it.

Visiting my gr’ kids for spring break I was disappointed in this. This is so unacceptable. The pizza was crumbled and to top it off, in the 2nd photo you can see a bug! Manager replaced pizza but this is just not acceptable. The fact that his first reply was “Oh we don’t have bugs” just blew me… excuse me sir!

Not the Dominos that I grew up with! Being from Texas, PJ’s was the way to go, but since I moved here this Domino’s is closest to me so I figured I’d give them a try. The staff was beyond helpful as I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and apparently there’s a new manager running the place. I’d say based on the old reviews I saw, she’s doing a great job! Everyone was having fun and didn’t make me feel awkward at all while I sat there trying to make up my mind. End result… wayyyyy worth it! Definitely my new favorite. Keep up the good work Dominos!
