Very bad service I ordered some Garlic Parmesan Wings and they gave me other kinds of muddy wings with a ranch sawing. It is nothing to do with what I ordered and they made me wait longer than the time indicated for something that is not what I ordered.

Place an order for delivery over an hour ago called back to follow up on my order for them to tell me there’s no order in the system. Made a quick run to Little Caesars so they can get my order correct. Had my guest waiting because of their mistake. Don’t order here unless you want mistakes.

HORRIBLE!!! It NEVER fails! Every time I order from this location the pizza is always over cooked and burnt at times! It’s super dry and I always get extra cheese, but it never looks like there’s enough. I have about 20 pictures of all the pizzas they messed up within 2 years. How is this ok. Even my 5 year old niece thinks it looks bad. ♀️ The picture with the 3 pizzas in it is what it should look like. At this rate, Little Caesars is 5 star! Sorry Dominos It’s not worth rating either. But I have too in order to post. You guys have to do better. Please lower the oven by at least 10 degrees.

I’ve always enjoyed the quality of the food from Domino’s, and I’ve never had any issues with that. However, I’ve experienced significant delays with my last three deliveries, each taking over an hour and a half. While I appreciate that the team has refunded points for a free pizza as a gesture of goodwill, I hope this is just a temporary issue. I understand that staffing challenges can happen, but I’m hopeful things will be resolved soon to ensure timely deliveries going forward.

I have ordered many times from this dominoes and many times it has been very good. However there have been multiple experiences where it has not been. There was a time I ordered at 6pm for delivery 7pm rolls around and I have no received my pizza. I called and they said they will have it as the next delivery. Another 30 minutes to by still no pizza. We called again and they said I can come pick up. So I went and they handed me my pizza. The ticket said it came out of the oven at 6:30 I was there at 8:15 ish they tried handing me a cold pizza. I had them remake it. I was not taking home a cold pizza. Another time we ordered later at night we got the pizza and I take a bite and find a hair in it. Another pizza we got for a friend said he also found a hair. They gave us new pizzas. Today we ordered and my boyfriend was eating. I was on the phone with my mom and he hands me a slice. He then picks up something and I see it moving in his hand. There were ants all over our pizza box. I called and complained. Management told me he wasn’t going to give me a refund because “we had already eaten part of the pizza” then proceeds to tell me that he receives many complaints from my address. He raised his voice at me. This is the last time dominoes by big lots and planet fitness will be receiving my money.
