Very disappointed- I had placed an order and received the wrong one and when I called to tell them I received the wrong order, the man told me he would let the driver know and he would be to my location within 30mins. 45mins pass and still nothing, called them again to find out the driver is still nowhere near me and has three orders he has to drop off before coming to me even though my order was screwed up and should have been brought to me before the driver goes to drop off the other “three orders” as my order was placed before the others and was INCORRECT. Took my lunch break for work and didn’t even get to eat lunch on my break because my order was not here like it was supposed to be. This will be the last time I order from this dominos as they didn’t seem to care and I was not offered a credit or refund for my inconvenience.

My order took an unusually long time to deliver. I live 1.1 miles from Domino’s and it left at 2:01pm per the tracker and arrived at 2:35pm. Both of my thin crust pizzas were not cut at all. I then opened the garlic knots only to find dry bread tossed in a box. There was not garlic butter or Parmesan on them. I then called the store at 2:43pm making them aware of the issue with the garlic knots and the employee Carly (I believe that was her name) yelled to another employee that “the lady with the uncut pizza is complaining about her garlic knots now” and came back on the phone and said it will be another 45 minutes to a hour wait if you want another one. I said yes I want this fixed, she asked my name and then hung up on me in the middle of me replying. I waited for over 2 hours for them to bring the replacement and IT NEVER CAME. Horrible accountability and management. Never will order here again.

I live 3 minutes from this pizzeria, I always order my pizzas from there but lately they don’t taste the same, they don’t put enough sauce on it, they didn’t put the ingredients correctly on this pizza that I ordered, missing ingredients.

Well I guess I’m a little biased. I used to always order from a different place, but since I’ve started delivering for Dominos at this location I’ve come to enjoy the food. We make a good pan pizza! I’ve never had a pan pizza before until I started working here. This is a great place to work and make some money. That’s if the customers tip. Most think we get that delivery fee that’s charged to them,but sadly we don’t. For most this is their only job and we too have families to take care of. And we try our best. But for all those negative reviews I apologize. Give this store another chance. They are implementing new policies and getting a full staff. I myself drive and we can get behind. But I try my best to call the customer once I leave the store with their food to let them know I’m on my way and to apologize to the customer. I don’t have to do that. That’s not part of the job, but I do it to be courteous because I know it gets frustrating having to wait for food you ordered 1 to 2 hours ago. But if you do order from here I highly recommend the Meatza pan pizza! And just know that we are trying our best and I will always give you good service!
