I went in there to buy a large pizza,I usually don’t go to this place,im a Hispanic guy and I know when a racist person plays the “I don’t understand you” card with me,there was this young skinny white boy and he’s supposed to know what anchovies are right,so after a minute of repeating that,a nice girl noticed what was happening and she said nicely. “sorry we don’t have anchovies right now “. The owner was amazing. I ordered on the app and it apparently glitches and sent my order to the wrong store (over 30 minutes away). I had bought pizza with points. They helped me contact the store it sent it to and cancel the order and honored the free pizza points on my order and made my order super fast!

I chose 1 star since 0 wasn’t an option. I checked in for a curbside order and they stopped the timer before the two minutes was up, but never brought out my pizza. After several minutes, I went inside to check on my order. The young lady at the register said that she didn’t see it and went to get the manager. The manager came out and said that someone else had picked up my order. I informed him that we had in fact not picked up the order and they began remaking it. My issue arises when the manager insinuated that it was my fault and that someone with my dominos account info (which no one has) picked up my order as if we were attempting to get the order twice and only pay for it once. He made no effort to compensate the additional 40 minutes I I had to wait and was rude. They gave my order to wrong person and rather than admit that (which I would have accepted because accidents happen) had the audacity to make an accusation towards me.

This dominos is GREAT! Haven’t been there much since we moved here but every time we go it’s always been a great experience. Last week we were greeted by an awesome woman and so inviting. Places like that are hard to find these days….. the ones where every bit of your experience is great. THESE are the businesses we need so support and help keep going.
