I have ordered here many times. There is always large bubbles in the pizzas and my children will not eat those pieces. Today we ordered and it is by far the worst we have ever gotten; over half of one of the pizzas was bubbles. When we called they said they have problems proofing the dough and cant promise it would be any better if they remade it. I order here simply because the price but this location is one of the worst I have been to and I have been ordering dominos for years in different states. Do better.

I don’t have an experience with them. I don’t choose their pizza place cause I hate their pizza, but they had a driver come to my neighborhood today some chunky white girl with I guess red hair and she literally called the young lady cheap and went off on her kept coming back trying like she was gonna walk up in the lady’s house yelling and fighting didn’t want to tell the young man. Yeah you need to put her in her place unprofessional then I called because I thought it was very unprofessional. I don’t care what the reason was you should’ve delivered your pizza and went on about your business and I asked to speak to the manager. The man on the phone claimed to be the manager and kept saying call 1-,800 dominoes call one 800 dominoes and I said but if you’re the manager, I’m trying to put a complaint in with you shouldn’t you be the one to handle your employees that worked there and he hung the phone up? I called back and said can I get your name and he said I don’t I don’t have to give nothing to you. I said if you don’t know how to work with customers then maybe you shouldn’t have took a job that you have to speak to customers with he told me when you when you give respect you get respect I said, sir I was not rude to you so he hung up on me again. I called back. He put me on hold and keep me on hold for over 20 minutes and refuse to answer the phone. This is the worst dominoes I have ever in my life seen this manager and that driver both need to be fired on the spot. I’m gonna file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with this and how they handled their self because that was unprofessional And it is the Domino’s in Stafford, Virginia off of Garrisonville Road 556 Garrisonville Rd., Stafford, VA and today’s date is January 22 and I spoke to him at 12:53 this afternoon

I ordered on the app, the bacon cheese tots with no garlic sauce. It arrived like this drenched in garlic and completely destroyed. It says on receipt but bold letters no garlic and they put like 1/2 pound of garlic white sauce all over it. Since it’s through the app there’s no way to get a refund. So thanks guys. I’ll have to order a new one and pay $10 for delivery again because of your mistake.

I buy from Domino’s a lot but the last 2 times I ordered pizza, the toppings were barely enough. I ordered Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple and I could barely see the pineapple and ham toppings. I know that things are tight, but skimping on toppings is so not on. I know it’s all about profits but at what cost? It will be a while before I order here again.

Received sandwich where there was a large section of just bread. Nothing else, sandwich was significantly smaller than other domino sandwiches I’ve had. I had about four pieces of meat in my pasta. Parmesan bites were Overcooked. The flavor was there for the pasta and the sandwich, but definitely disappointed.

The internet process was easy. When I arrived to the store I was greeted with great customer service. Only complaint I had was that my pizza lacked sauce. Called up to the store, and was advised that our next order would be free… we will see.
Went back to this locations, 10-31 and I did get my free pizza and the pizza had no cheese on it this time. I feel like they are playing games at this point. I ordered two pizzas one was correct the other minus cheese. We called up to the location and the manger was rude. Had an answer for everything. I’m cool on not going back. I’ll find another pizza spot. Thx for another let down.

Came to this location two weeks ago and received burnt pizza. Female manager explained that she would give a credit for the pizza. Upon calling in my replacement order today, the staff member I spoke with didn’t find a credit. I then spoke with the manager and was able to get my order made. After viewing my pizza when I got home, we noticed the they intentionally put a ton of alfredo sauce all over the pizza to the point that the pizza was soggy. There was hardly any toppings on it. Any given person would’ve thought it was an extra alfredo cheese pizza. Very disappointed and hopefully I do not get sick from all of the sauce.

I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza. I received a hand tossed banana pepper and bacon pizza. I called Domino’s to inform them of the mistake and request the correct pizza be delivered. The girl on the phone proceeded to speak to the manager and told me if I wanted the pizza I paid for, proof in the form of the mistaken pizza would need to be provided or I would have to pay for the pizza again. I’m really glad this is how Domino’s treats loyal, paying customers. I will be ordering Papa John’s from now on.
