Have been a local customer of this store for 8 years with no issues. Over the last few months there has been a sharp drop in quality and service. Tonight, 27 Feb 2026 we placed our final order from this store. The order showed a delivery time of 60-75 min. That’s understandable, it’s a Friday evening. After an hour and twenty minutes with four hungry boys I call the store. The girl at the store told me my order just entered the oven. I told her to cancel the order as we could not wait another hour. She proceeded to argue and told me everyone has to wait, and that I wasn’t being reasonable. I was forced to contact my bank to initiate a refund for services not rendered.

Waste of time and money!!!! “Assistant manager” hangs up on you when you call to ask why your pizza is 45 minutes longer than originally put on the app. This happens EVERY SINGLE time we order from this place and EVERY time it’s “we are so busy”. Someone needs to do some real changing around in this store. I find it hard to believe Domino’s wants their name tied to this kind of establishment. “Assistant Manager” needs some classes with HR on management skills and customer service!!! We will NOT be coming back here. Hopefully the store in King George is better. I’m sure they will appreciate our business and money!

The wife ordered pizza from the Dahlgren store tonight. I normally pick up pizza from the King George store on my way home. This store is horribly slow, ~2 hours for three pizzas. Not only did they take forever to deliver, but the food tasted dry/old. It was like we got leftover pizza delivered if that makes any sense.

We ordered a large 2 topping pizza and the loaded bacon cheddar tots, the pizza was insanely dry and we didn’t realize the tots had sauce on them, so we ordered a new one and specified that we didn’t want the sauce and they still put the sauce on it.

I have ordered from here probably about 20 times now. Granted I have always picked it up so I can’t speak to the delivery. They have always gotten my order correct and are very friendly when I pick up. Keep in mind it’s Domino’s Pizza so it’s nothing mind blowing but it is consistent. You should know what you are getting, and they have never let me down.

This will be my last time ordering from here! Thought after the last time I ordered I would give it one more chance but nope! Delivery took up to an hour. I understand if you all are short on drivers but to never answer the phone or just call a customer to let them know what is going on is terrible service to me. Did not even get the marinara sauce with the garlic twist either 🙁 No apologies when pizza got delivered, nothing. Does not seem to be an issue of just the driver situation, it’s the lack of customer service as well. No more Domino’s for us!
