Order delivery of three large pizzas for crews working at my house. Pizza came quickly and hot. Problem is, they were all horrible! Worse pizza Ive ever had! The sausage was freezer burnt and ruined the taste of the pizza. I only ordered here because my local Papa John’s closed. I was looking for a new pizza place. Domino’s definitely isn’t it.

this location on Warrenton Road closes at 12am. I placed an order at around 10:15pm here for pickup at 10:25- 10:45. When we arrived, we saw the workers turn the light off and were walking out. so we came out the car and stated we placed an order for pick up???? (like what are you all doing). the girl that was there said they called us but no one answered so….. (basically we just had to keep it moving on without our food). i am beyond angry. Although our money was refunded, it’s the principle. the website stated they close at 12am. The website is still open for orders, so therefore we ordered and expected our meal only to be met with “yes we are leaving so….). so out of a meal and has to find somewhere else at 11pm to eat?

The attitudes from the teenagers working in the back are unbelievable. Constant complaining, zero professionalism, and an obvious sense of entitlement—especially about tips. You don’t even need to order anything to see it. Sit in the lobby for a few minutes and listen. This is exactly why people say this generation lacks work ethic and accountability. This appears to be a management and training issue that needs to be addressed.

I should give this review a 1 star after my partner pulling an employee’s hair out of his mouth after one of their pizza makers (who turned out to be a manager) shed into the pizza she was making back in 2020 cut to less than 5 years later and I get a pizza delivered and when it arrived it was in complete disarray. I don’t know if it was a worker at the store or, more likely, the incompetence of the delivery driver. It appears whoever handled the pizza after it was put in the box decided to put it on its side or shuffle it around causing many of the slices to lose toppings and become gross looking. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I only order buffalo chicken pizzas cause they’re my favorite but every time I order from this location, I’ve never gotten the buffalo sauce on my pizza. I think once out of like 10 orders I’ve gotten the buffalo sauce. If it was only once or twice, I wouldn’t mind but this is pretty consistent.

Sooo during Covid 19 they delivered the pictured items. I ordered thin bacon pizza and chocolate lava cakes. 15 mins after a call they return to pick up wrong order and swap for correct one. Ewww threw it out knowing someone else had my food and they actually just switched our food back after it had been touched by another customer. Not good Domino’s

Ordered pizza from the app, first pizza came all messed up. Called to have a new one mad. The second one looks worse than the first. I was told to keep one and give them back the other and I would be getting a refund. The manager mike calls me and says that they can’t refund me until they have both pizzas. I told him I tried to eat a couple slices but come and get the pizza. They need to get their staff on the same page. Don’t tell a customer one thing and then change it. Won’t order from here again.

We have been loyal customers of this Domino’s for nearly a decade because of their prompt service and the low prices; however, the ridiculous lack of toppings is the cost you pay for the cheap price. We ordered mushrooms on our pizza and it literally looks like ONE mushroom was cut up and sprinkled over the entire pizza. There was maybe 4 or 5 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. We are tired of getting cheated and will be switching to another pizza restaurant.
