I ordered pizza for my class for a holiday celebration. As I took a bite of my slice half way through I bit in to some hard. After spitting it out, in trying to figure out what it was I tried poking it with a thumb tack. I could not penetrate it or break it apart. I called the store and After waiting 30 min for someone to answer, the on duty manager, Anthony answered. He was of ZERO help. He said he couldn’t explain how it happened. I explained I didn’t really care how it happened, I wanted to know the remedy. He told me to hold on to the item overnight and call back tomorrow when the general manager would be there. He didn’t take my name, look up more order or even offer to send out a replacement. I’m just thankful it was me and not one of my students.

Domino’s? More like DomiYES! I understand that national chain pizza restaurant aren’t favorably looked upon, especially when most cities across the country have local pizza shops in abundance. Domino’s Pizza is one of these and my local restaurant consistently delivers on flavor and quality.

I pass (4) different Dominos just to come to this one. Not all Dominos are the same. In my opinion, they make the thin crust bacon better than any other Dominos in the area. I have not tried anything else from there.

Food’s great, priced nicely. Definitely worth it over pizza hut or papa johns, if you’re looking for a great deal that doesnt break your wallet. Only real complaint is some fumbling when calling the store. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue. Delivery driver is a cool guy, deserves a raise. He seems like he’s the only one really holding the store up delivery-wise.

I placed my order at 9:00 A.M. for pickup at 6:00 P.M. I arrived a few minutes early and the lady asked me what time I placed the order. I told her and they started my order. Took until about 6:10 to get it which wasn’t too bad. The pizza was good and they offered me a free drink as compensation. We tried the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas. Overall not bad, but I don’t see why it matters what time I place the order.

Hello. I had a terrible experience with the dominoes store # 4387, Kingstowne Alexandria, VA. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with a 16 piece garlic parmesan wings for pick up. When I got there, the 3 employees seem to be distracted and not professional. I retrieved my order, got home and realized that it was not a Brooklyn style pizza but hand tossed and a small. My wings were short by 2. I immediately called the store to complain and ask for a new order. I was hung up on twice and then sat for an hour and no one ever picked up. I am highly disappointed and will share my experience on yelp and the review panel. I would like a full order of the 16 piece wings that I paid for as well as a Brooklyn Style pizza. I called to place my order. They seemed to have difficulty understanding what I wanted to order and I had difficulty understanding them. The 2 sandwichs we ordered were good—Steak and cheese and a Mediterranean Veggie. We love the bread. They call it a sandwich but to us it is like a small sub.

My family ordered two pizzas. After receiving a wrong pizza we attempted to call the store directly. I was talking to a male advising the issue. I was first told they are too busy to remake the pizza therefore inquired about just a credit back. The male I was speaking to acted like they have never worked there prior to the phone call repeatedly use the term ummm numerously then stated they can remake the pizza but it would be about an hour, this was after I was just previously being told they can’t. I stated I can’t have my children wait that long and again inquired for only that pizza be refunded not the whole order. The male consistently kept some umm well I’m let me ask umm then then line was blank from being put on hold without any explanation let alone that stating I was being put on hold. I stayed on hold for 8 minutes then hung up and tried calling back. I’ve tried calling back 8 times but every time I called the same number from beginning I kept getting different locations including Maryland. We asked several of the locations and managers at those locations why is this happening what can we do and was repeatedly hung up on. I tried calling corporate dominoes and kept getting recordings after recordings with instructions but it never went anywhere let alone to a live person! I will never give my business to any dominos ever again!
