I’ve never had bad Dominos Pizza before. Just drove 8 hrs and needed something quick for my daughter and I to eat for dinner. This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. After tip, I spent $60 for a pizza that was like dry cardboard. I’m not sure what they did to this pizza. When I picked up a slice, the bottom fell off. It was like a burnt matzo cracker. There’s barely any cheese. The brownies were burnt along the edges. Disappointing.

Received my delivery order just like this the pizza was hard and not well made i did not enjoy it as much as i wanted too. The wings were pretty good but the pizza was the meal and it just ruined it for me. That was very unprofessional and the pizza did not taste fresh it wasn’t properly made you can tell it was just thrown together. I can’t believe they would send a pizza out like that. It’s unacceptable and I don’t know if i will be going back to this location. I hope it was just a mistake but this just shows you how much someone cares about their job.

Standard fare Domino’s for me. I always order online and pick up in store. Most of the time, everything is fine. I’ve had missing sauces once or twice, and sometimes have had to wait longer than expected at the counter when picking up a prepaid order. Otherwise food is good and staff are decently friendly. I am a reoccurring customer.

Terrible. I place take out order on Dominos.com, my card is charged, pizza tracker says its in the oven, store calls and says they already closed carry out, my money not refunded, store refuses to deliver to the plaza where I am at this point. Recommends delivery to Wal mart if I place order and pay again. Terrible.

This is the worst dominos ever. The lady just hung up on me. We have waited for over an hour and half for our order. One pizza and some breadsticks, (so not a huge order). They don’t even deserve the one star. Either they are lying to me at the store or the app is lying to me. Either way I am being lied to about my order. The tracker says my order waited in quality check for 50 minutes. Then the app told me it was delivered and complete but I did not have my order. When I called and told the lady about it, (yes I was mad and rightly so) she hung up me. Terrible customer service. Which, unfortunalely, is the theme of the current day. Customer service does not exist anymore and it definitely does not exist with the woman who answered the phone. Still don’t have pizza at this point and I bet its cold when it gets here!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience on a large order. I ordered seven pizzas for an event two hours ahead of time, and the pizzas were not ready at the indicated pick-up time — it was 10 minutes late. One of my three-topping pizzas was supposed to be pineapple, ham, and bacon, typical Hawaiian. Instead, I got pineapple, chicken, and jalapenos, not even close to what I ordered, and the combo tasted terrible. Finally for several of my pizzas they only cut into four slices instead of the eight they were supposed to, so it was impossible to separate for a large group. If you ever order from here, open up the pizzas and check — it’s very likely something isn’t right, and they might be able to fix it before you get home to find multiple issues.

Dominos has some excellent deals going 6.99 each must buy 2 items check it out as i did 2 medium pizza’s chicken and bacon with Alfredo sauce thin crust and a pepperoni and sausage medium pan pizza and yes I did say pan pizza.
