I never had a problem here until today. I never received my pizza. I ordered my pizza like I normally do online for delivery. The app updates you on the progress. The app said Sayed was delivering my pizza. He clearly did not. Then the app said it was delivered. To who? It wasn’t me. I contacted corporate with a claim. And called the national line to get transferred. This location just kept hanging up the phone because they know they didn’t deliver my pizza. Not sure why. My money better be refunded ASAP!

First of all I walked in and they were ignoring me and I tried to order and they said they couldn’t take my order I drive 2 HOURS. They told me I had to make an order online so I did just that, I waited one hour I only asked for a small pizza box. I went to eat my pizza and a big fat roach was blended into the crust. I feel so disgusted. You have lost a very loyal customer.

Delivery took over an hour even though I was a block away (after 10pm so I couldn’t pick it up). I had tipped online, yet the delivery driver very rudely & aggressively demanded I tip AGAIN as I signed the receipt. Food was cold.

Fantastic experience. Super fast delivery to my hotel, friendly driver, and good, hot food. Driver even recognized my area code and chatted me up about my local college sports teams. I already had a planned tip in mind, but he earned himself an extra five bucks with that.

Please ask your delivery truck drivers to NOT block the crosswalk. It makes it very difficult for the handicapped and others to safely cross the street! This is a constant reoccurance!

This is a SUPER SUPER SUPER BAD experience. We ordered a 10-piece garlic parmesan win but only got 8 pieces. I called back to the store at 3535 SOUTH BALL ST, Arlington, VA, 22202 and asked them for refund the $4 BUT GOT REFUSED!!!! And then they just HANG UP my call!!!!

This is how it looked after I unfolded it (your guess is as good as mine as to what happened to it before I got it). I called the store but they could have cared less about my issue & all of a sudden the guy couldn’t speak English. He literally hung up the phone,no one answered the phone after that. No refund no pizza no more dominos. The fact you feel like you could treat someone who spent their money at your Establishment like that after delivering a subpar product is beyond disrespectful.

I don’t know what it is about me and food today, but when I got my veggie pizza half of the pizza toppings were gone. The pizza was folded over like it was dropped and the delivery driver went to the wrong room. I called the store to ask would they make it over he told me no. I asked for my money to be refunded he told me no. It has been a bad day for me and food.
