Decided to try the new stuffed crust pizza, they only offer it in a medium size for some reason. It was Okay at best, but when you go to pick up a slice, it was becoming disconnected between the stuffed crust portion and the rest of the pizza that it almost felt like it was undercooked. It was greasy and oily, and just not very good for what you pay. As part of the order, I also purchased a New York style large pizza, but the crust was lousy and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Additionally, neither pizza was cut too well and they would start to fall apart.

Cons: They never follow directions on the order. Extra cheese that I pay for gets ignored every time. I eventually decided to test the theory at a different location and they made it exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. The crust isn’t done right at this location, and the taste just doesn’t measure up at all. Between limited parking availability, taste, and not even following order instructions, don’t bother at this location.

The most disgusting pizza and wings I’ve ever eaten. The buffalo wings tasted rubbery and slimy like they were artificial. The pizza dough was sweet and greasy. The whole thing went into the trash and I couldn’t even get a refund.

Terrible location if I was you I would rather get a pizza from target and just go home and warm it up. Always understaffed, will argue and tell you that you did not order at this location. Pizza is also always terrible quality. Ordered BBQ wings got dry wings with a thin line of BBQ sauce not even covering one full wing. IF THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION STARVE!!!!!

Moved to this area 5 years ago and the first few times I Ordered from this location there was always an issue.. pizza not cut, box damaged and crushed in the middle, marking items as delivered when it wasnt (showed up 45 mins later), it was always something. 9/6/25: I have ordered the same pizza twice, and both times it came wrong. The first time, I added extra pepperoni, but they didn’t include it. The second time, they included the extra pepperoni but left out the provolone and parmesan cheese completely. That’s so frustrating.
9/20/25: I had initially opened a claim because my previous order didn’t come as expected. Shortly after, the store manager Ahmad personally reached out to me, apologized sincerely, and was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond by offering to make things right on my next order.
When I returned weeks later, Ahmad was at the store and honored his word without hesitation. He personally double-checked my order to ensure everything was perfect this time. His genuine care for customers and commitment to excellent service truly stood out.
10/10 for Ahmad and his amazing team at this location (Store #4346, 3535 S Ball St, Arlington, VA). This store has earned my trust and appreciation, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I used to live in the apartment that this location is built into and their phone is ringing all day. They don’t pick up, so if you are desperate enough for pizza either order takeout (before 10 pm) or choose another franchise.
Quality of the pizza is not bad, but delivery is a nightmare. Definitely only use for take out!

I never received my pizza and when trying to communicate the driver about where he was, he lied and said he was in the front lobby & that he left the pizza at the desk. I was in the front lobby and there was no one to be found & nothing left at the front desk. He hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to figure out where he was. I tried calling the store directly and was waiting for an answer for 15mins before someone did. The voice that answered sounded very much like the driver who never showed up, and as soon as I said hello he hung up.
