I never give bad review. The manager Shawn I spoke to was extremely rude! Told me to feel free and call corporate because it will just come back to him to deal with. I took pictures of our food. Ordered 3 extra cheese pizzas that had numerous bare spots with no cheese. Ordered Xtra bacon and Xtra onion and barely looks like regular toppings. On top of that the pizzas were cold. I would have gotten over the pizza being messed up had he just showed a bit of care or concern that they dropped the ball. I have never spoken to a manager so rude. We just moved to this area. We order the kids pizza once a week and I have never had such a horrible delivery.

Aaron was nice enough to check on me and every other guest that came in as soon as we entered the place and that alone can make or break an experience. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Domino’s location due to the behavior of a manager named Sean. When I asked a simple question about food safety — specifically whether gloves are worn when preparing items like the chicken bites — I was met with hostility instead of a straightforward answer.
After calmly requesting to cancel my order, Sean began yelling at me and told me to “get out of the store” in a very aggressive manner. When I asked for proof or confirmation that my order had been canceled, he continued shouting, saying, “GOOD NIGHT AND GET OUT OF MY STORE!” Another employee, Eric, stood nearby sweeping and appeared uncomfortable as this happened.
Sean then threw away my order and repeated that I needed to leave because he “had cleaning to do.” I remained calm and asked why I was being spoken to that way, but he ignored me and slammed the freezer door behind him. Eric then explained that refunds are processed automatically and would return to my card within 2–3 business days. When I asked about Sean’s behavior, Eric admitted that “he’s like that” and said Sean was “hanging on by a thread,” implying this wasn’t the first time there had been issues.
This entire encounter was witnessed by someone I was on the phone with at the time. The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and unacceptable. I will be following up with corporate about this incident. Domino’s should carefully review who they allow to represent their stores, as this experience was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful.

What the EFF is this!!! Just got my Dominos order delivered of which I tipped 30% because I know how some drivers are struggling.
I ordered just 1 Large pizza and THIS is what I got!
Called them immediately and was rudely directed to a manager. Manager was no help. Only giving excuses. Talking about the dough is hard to manage.
I asked if he looks at the orders before they send them out he said he did but his CSR does. I’m like and this was okay!?!

I understand that on a Friday night they are busy, but that does NOT excuse the quality of service that I received tonight. I ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza, and parmesean bread twists with the five cheese sauce. First, I spend 40 minutes sitting outside the restaurant waiting and waiting for my order. FINALLY I got a notification that my order was ready and the 2 minute timer started counting down. For SOME reason, the timer STOPPED AT 54 SECONDS and I got no notification other than it was on its way to the car. No it wasn’t. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and get it myself. They didn’t even acknowledge that they messed up. I finally get home with my food, and open up my parmesan twists to find that the sauce is a burnt, dried out pile of cheese that is not useful for anything. Not only did I get scammed out of my “free pizza” for waiting more than 2 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, but I also got a ruined cheese sauce. This is unacceptable.

I’ve never received a worse pizza from any place in the country. The garlic knots were complete flat and the pan pizza was flat and dense, vice soft and airy. I tried to call the store and sat on hold for over a hour with no response. The pictures say it all. Those are supposed to be garlic knots. Do not order from this place. UPDATE: I called the store repeatedly and Domjnos corporate and to date they have not refunded my money. Worst customer service. Stay Away!

This Domino’s at Mapledale Plaza is a masterclass in how NOT to care about your customers or the food you serve.
I ordered a thin crust chicken & spinach pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce—sounds delicious, right? What I got was chicken and literally three spinach leaves. THREE. Like someone sneezed near a bag of spinach and that’s all that made it on the pizza. Pathetic.
I asked the young lady at the counter if that’s the normal amount of spinach and she hit me with the always-helpful: “I don’t know, I didn’t make it.”
Not, “Let me check for you.”
Not, “Sorry about that.”
Just vibes and blank stares.
Then I go to pull my pizza from the self-serve warmer, and guess what? It’s ice cold—because the warmer isn’t even turned on. I mention that too, and sis just looked at me like I was interrupting her day. No response. Not even a fake apology.
So I told her I’ll be going back to the Dale Boulevard location—where they at least pretend to care—and THAT’S when one of the employees had the nerve to shake his head at ME. Like I’m the problem for wanting hot food and what I paid for.
This is not the first time. This is the THIRD or FOURTH time they’ve messed up my order. One time I had to get the whole thing remade.
Bottom line:
The customer service is trash.
The food quality is lazy.
And the only thing consistent at this location… is disappointment.
Take your appetite and your money elsewhere. Trust me. You’ll thank me later.

I asked for no green peppers not no meat. The sandwich has no garlic butter on top of it so basically it’s a dry bread sandwich. The chicken bacon ranch has no ranch. I am honestly shocked because I have ordered these sandwiches from other locations, and they were always delicious. Do not order sandwiches from the Woodbridge store because the meat portions are a joke.

Crust was old and dry. They forgot to put garlic oil on the crust. Didn’t cut the pizza right I had to re-cut it. The crust broke at the bottom so the toppings fell out in the box. Seem like the wings wasn’t cook all the way. Only reason gave two starts because the second pizza was fine but one pizza was a waste so the wings I can’t eat.
