I don’t think I’ll ever order anything from this location ever again. After today, nobody from my family wants to eat from here. The girl that works there, Alex, is extremely rude and unprofessional, on top of being a liar. They didn’t have a topping I ordered, lied to me about contacting me, didn’t mention anything when I picked up in store, drove all the way home for dinner with multiple families, only to find the error. We didn’t eat for the last 14 hours and was looking forward to eating some pizza, which was missing a topping and tasted the worse I ever had. When I called to let her know she said come to the store so I can give you a different topping on the side. You think I’m going to leave dinner, drive all the way back, for you to hand me some topping in a plastic container?! So I can sprinkle on my cold pizza?!
When I asked for a refund she said no, bring the whole thing back, which I said no I can’t today because I’m already at dinner. So she’s refusing a refund, giving me attitude and being rude, lying about contacting me, all for what??? Is this what the world has come to? Mess up someone’s pizza order and give them attitude for your mistake? I’m better off ordering from the place further away instead of this horrendous place.

Pizza was horrible. I was given burnt bread, barely any sauce or cheese, I would not consider this pizza. I didn’t even finish my food and I was too tired to return it to request a refund. I will not be returning to this location again.

Rarely am I surprised at customer service in this current climate, but I was today. Disappointed is an understatement To reflect how I feel after speaking to the manager on duty about the quality of the pizzas that were delivered. Having worked in customer service myself, I attempted to give the store the opportunity to correct the issues with my pizza which included being underbaked, lacking cheese/toppings and uncut. When I asked for the manager, a young man answered the phone with “yeah”. I thought this would not go the way I expected, but being the optimist I proceeded to inform him that typically, I am satisfied with the pies I get at that store However, I was extremely disappointed with what I received today. After listening, he said I’ll talk to my people to help them do better. So I asked him well how does that rectify my problem? What does that do for me and he proceeded to tell me that he made my pizza himself and that that pizza was fine! I told him three times in advance. I took pictures to show him because I didn’t want to argue about subjectivity of toppings. Didn’t matter he didn’t care any accepted no responsibility. For this to come from the person who is the manager on duty or claim to be the manager is beyond unacceptable and again the low ratings for the store are earned not because Domino’s is not a good company, but because individuals put their ego above quality and serving the customers. on another note, the delivery driver is awesome.

I just ordered a pizza and it had banana peppers on it which I asked for bell peppers. I called back and spoke to the team and let them know that I have inflammation and food allergies. They were like well we can’t refund you any money. This was horrible service.! It sucks and the guy on the phone said he wasn’t going back and forth on the phone about it. The guy never reviewed what was actually on my pizza . Dominos needs to do better entire pizza is trash

I experienced poor customer service during my recent visit. My order showed as “ready” about five minutes before it actually was. During that time, the employees seemed more focused on their personal conversations than on assisting customers waiting for their food.

When I finally received my order, one of the employees informed the cashier that I only needed to pay for one of the two drinks. Despite this, the cashier still attempted to charge me for both, even after being corrected multiple times. There were no greetings, no thank you—just an overall lack of professionalism.

I understand that large franchise locations may not always prioritize individual reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

I now understand why this location has received so many low reviews. I don’t care if you financially low on funds and free food is sold here!! The worse the worse pizza spot ever. Customer service is terrible team members are terrible. High schoolers with no guidance/home training works here. Hiring anybody who applies. Doesn’t Listen to how your want YOUR food. Spending your hardworking money on bs. Manager needs to get fired asap. Wouldn’t give his name too call corporate. Super unprofessional. If I could stand in front all night until closed and let customers know don’t not waste your money I would. I would never never in my life purchase anything in trashy unprofessional pizza spot again. again don’t not waste your time your money because you will get upset everytime. I am a human not an animal. I would like fresh and hot food how I like it !!! Not how the employees want to make it. No need to respond back to my comment because I have no worlds after the experience I had. !!! Zero stairs!!!!

Terrible service. I ordered a 36 count garlic parm bites and the literally gave me 10 pieces. On top of that, the bites were completely dry with no seasoning . I had to drive all the way back to return the food and it was such an inconvenience.

They gave me the wrong order !!!!! I ordered a Pan pizza drove 30 minutes home now I have to throw away this pizza because I cannot eat pork. Instead of refunding me they gave me a “credit” only to that store. Never returning again!!!

We usually order pizza from this place but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Pizza was cold and the pepperoni pizza had no cheese on it. The crust didn’t have any garlic on it like usual. I called the manager and he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything just offered a free pizza for the next order. Poor customer service skills. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

They really do not care about anything. They don’t pick up your call. If they do then they put you back on hold. I was on hold for almost an hour. All I wanted was to get a clean cut on my pizza. Very Very rude and disrespectful. It’s literally a pizza place. I don’t know why they do this. I don’t know what kind of pizza place does this.
