I placed an order (#1689) on October 31, 2025, at 7:09 PM from the Domino’s at 331 Maple Ave E, Vienna, VA 22180. Around 8:15 PM, I called the store and was told the driver, Mohammad, messed up the order. When I called again at 8:45 PM, he claimed the delivery had just been completed, but no food ever arrived. I made several follow-up calls, and the phone was either hung up or unanswered.
My 3 kids ages 3, 11, and 14 were hungry and was wondering when they would deiver our order. This was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I’ve always trusted Domino’s for reliable service, but this location completely failed to deliver; literally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer communication and accountability.

The. Slowest. Ever. They don’t do well with staffing, which likely contributes to the very long wait times. I ordered three pan pizzas and waited thirty minutes. I checked on my order and they said it would be five more minutes. Then I heard them talking behind the counter and the one guy told another guy to start making it. There were at least three staff in the building, but only one working for the majority of the time. That speaks of really poor management. Finally, after 35 minutes,I have pizza! Time to end this review and head home.

I will complete this meal with some Pepto to prevent consequences… I got stinky rotten mushrooms. Don’t trust your eyes your nose will tell you what is going on.
Mushrooms decay fast, and can turn into dangerous poisonous food.

I was hungry, I denied the smell I sense on the first slide. As the marginal satisfaction decreases half the second slide I was not able to down rate the rotting smell.
So, Brian has no sense of smell. My first and last order from this store. Bad service attitude. I offered him to retrieve the pizza so he can smell (maybe) but what he has put on it
Never to buy in this Dominos again. That is why the rate is 3 stars… no wonder. Still he tells me that he is zeroing my bill. Google should show the tendency on ratings to see if the quality is declining or improving.
That is decent but not apologies he rudely told that I am trying to scam him: fine if he doesn’t return the 41.75 of the pizza and the tip he got; I will see it in the balance but I really don’t care. I am not he can come tomorrow to withdraw the pizza. I don’t have time to waste to take it to the store. Enough time took me this unpleasant experience.
If you like quality customer service go elsewhere. Or if you don’t want to risk eat poison… for real rotten mushrooms are truly perilous and could get you very sick. Ordered from here and everything tasted old and expired. I didn’t even eat my pizza. The wings and the Parmesan bites were all nasty tasting. I called store and no answer. The sauces tasted old as well. I actually got sick to my stomach once I tried the garlic sauce. I wasted money. And I’m so disappointed in the service I got from dominos.

Brian (app shows who made it) made my pizza last time, and it was very fast, delicious, and well made. He was polite and had it ready for me in no time.
I’m a vegetarian, and generally eat healthy, so I rarely order pizza, but in the past, for years, ordered frequently from here for my son. They were always punctual, and he never had issues. In fact, only once did they make a small mistake he didn’t even complain or bother about, and they fixed it as soon as they opened the box to double check, and saw it didn’t match the description 100%. Which, again, he didn’t even really care about or specify.
Of course, it’s not a fine NY or Italian pizzeria. It’s Domino’s recipes as they should be. We get what we pay for. But for us, we felt that they always gave us plenty for our money in this store.

I have order here many times and I have always had bad experience. The most recent one I had was that I order my pizza correctly but it came not how I wanted to and the taste and the temperature wasn’t at my expectations. What did I do ? You might ask yourself, well I contact them and they gave me hell not wanted to refund me. I have work in retail before and they teach me this “ the costumer is always right no matter what “ so how do you keep your business going if you aren’t going to respect and care about your clients. This is upsetting and also when your clients call you pick up the phone but then hang up that’s beyond disrespectful , making us not want to order from you guys ever again . Treat your costumer with respect and kindness and aslo make them happy. Next time check your pizza and make sure they don’t have long pieces of hair & cockroach on it or that the pizza is hot not cold .

I used to order and eat from Domino’s in McLean, but Mclean messed up my orders a couple time. I reached out to customer service via emails but i haven’t got any responses. So I started ordering from Vienna location.
I ordered one thin pizza and marinara sausage pasta.
Pizza came half cut like square and the other half like pie cut. I’m so confused.
What’s worse is my pasta. They didn’t cook properly. They didn’t add cheese on top. The pasta was so dry and inedible.
I trashed the whole thing. Such a waste of money.

Awesome pizza. There are a cheaper pizza restaurants. But Domino’s worth it. Really enjoyed the food.
The only complain that one of the pizzas has a burnt slice. And the lady on the cashier wasn’t so friendly.
