We have been getting delivery from this Domino’s for several years now. They always get our order right and get it to us quickly. The absolute best part of this particular store, though, is their delivery driver, Rebecca. While all of their drivers have been friendly and quick, Rebecca is always cheerful, greeting us with a big smile and enthusiastic hello. She is so kind, and makes us feel like truly valued customers. She remembers us and always asks how we are doing. Just the absolute best!

I left a 5$ tip on a 10$ pick up order. I forgot to ask for a single garlic sauce. I asked for one after paying. They said nah it’s 75. Cent extra. I just tipped them 50% of what my food cost … I thought they were joking. Sadly they weren’t. I say we just stop eating out because I rather make my own pizza than keep dealing with these people at these difficult fast food places.

I’m really hoping that this was an off-day. Normally I love the pizza from here, especially the crust. I am a total bread addict. Today, ordered a pizza, half pepp & mushroom and half hawiain. Also ordered garlic bites (thought I was ordering the twists). Anyway, food came and I’m sorry to say, it was awful. It looked old, but the real killer was the crust. It tasted awful and I was so disappointed, as this is what I really look forward to….. hence the twists, since they use the same dough. The dough had no flavor other than flour. Very sad. I threw the rest of the twists and my birthday pizza away. I really hope this was just a bad day for them. If the dough recipe has changed, I will no longer order from here.

This place is a fraud , the credit card terminal that they ask you to put your card is tempered with and will charge you twice( maybe skimming ) or for another order that you didn’t pay for , i spoke with the manager Cindy , she offered zero assistance or any type of concern , she said dispute it with your bank when I just walked into the store to grab 20oz soda on July13 around 1-2pm . I was charged 2.85 for the 20 oz and was also charge 19.91 for someone else order , the card machine they have will charge your twice and is mostly tempered with as it doesn’t work properly I know this because I was there in person and they swiped my card twice and if it’s a carry out they can not refund the mistake . I came into the store to buy a 20 oz soda and because the card machine is malfunctioning which the store employee told me verbally -a tall white male with his manager around 1pm-2pm on July 13 ( check your not working cameras )m processed the transaction again after it said approved leading to me getting charged 19.91 for someone else order and another charge for my 20 oz soda for 2.38 . Staff is incompetent and the tech is back dated . I called many times since July 13 , spoke with the manager and gm . They see I was charged but are too lazy to refund me so they said call you back , this is unacceptable I even asked if you want to give me credit, Cindy is a terrible customer service manager and the GM who spoke to me is also awful for kicking the can after I spoke to her and gave all my information , I will send this to the company and will remind anyone never to deal with dominos at this location on rolling rd because of their gross incompetence. Super upset with the company .

All pizzas were burnt and they put wrong ingredients on the pizza as well. It’s quite remarkable how one can mess up this bad when clear instructions are provided

This is the best Dominos in the area. Been going here for years and there’s always consistent quality, never had to wait longer than expected, or had my order messed up. They have it down to a science.

This dominos use to be very inconsistent on quality. About maybe 2 months ago, maybe a bit more, it’s been noticeably better. My wife even noticed. I honestly don’t expect perfection from dominos, especially not everytime. The recent change in consistency is plenty for me. Service always good and food made quickly. Order never made wrong.

First of all they don’t have good customer service. They don’t have respet the price for pizza they changee everyday, they need to take extra money. When you asked them to talk with the Manager they don’t give you a chance so the people who worked there need to learn about cutomer service.

We have ordered from this location about 5 times since we moved into the neighborhood in July. The pizza is consistently correct, delivered quickly and hot by kind and respectful drivers. Last night a pizza arrived with an ingredient that I always request to be removed in my order. I called the store to confirm if it was my mistake or theirs and even thought it was my mistake, the man I spoke with graciously offered to deliver a replacement pizza. Thank you for the great customer service sir, we will certainly order from you again.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! When we ordered a pizza by phone for carryout they gave us only 3 topping instead of 6 or 5 like on the website and number 2 they never asked for our name and also gave the wrong sized pizza when we ordered a large pizza they gave us a medium sized one which should only cost around 17 dollars but they charged us $30!!! BE WARNED!
