Very bad takeout experience. Placed an order via app 20minutes ago, tracker says it’s ready, drove to store and saw my order was ready to pickup. At the same time, a delivery guy just grabbed all available boxes and ready to get going. I asked where is my order, the owner started to explain he was too busy and he is making mine. I was still in confusion and saying the order status shows ready and was placed almost 30 mins ago. The owner was in panic asking what’s my toppings and the delivery guy just started yelling at me “don’t you see he is super busy” and stormed out. I was in shock while the owner kept asking what’s are my toppings. I guess it’s disappearing in his system because I found out in the end that he gave my order to the delivery guy who already left the store. The owner kept saying my pizza is already in the oven and he is too busy blablablabla and asking me to wait for 5 more mins, in the end he finally admitted the fact that he gave my order to the delivery guy and re-made my order after I was in the store. I ended up waiting for another 15mins to get my pizza.

waited 90 minutes for delivery that is less than a 10 mile drive. asked for it to be handed to me at the door and added my number twice so that they could reach me when they arrive. instead they left it on my porch in 35 degree weather without saying anything. didnt realize for 10 minutes because it took so damn long already, and when i did the pizza was cold. heres the managers words “im not sorry for that *hangs up*”

We ordered delivery on Sunday. Everything was handled with care, and the food was delivered within a half hour. The thin crust was still crispy when arrived, and the ingredients were generous in general. Overall, the delivery experience was just a pleasant surprise.

We ordered parmesan bread bites online before getting to the store and picked it up. We had a wait time of around 5-7 minutes. The bread bites were made completely fresh in front of me, I could see the lady cutting the dough and then baking it. The food was absolutely delicious and was really hot. The employees behind the counter were a little rude as they had an attitude when talking but other than that it was fine.

There’s a kid that cannot make pizza and wings correctly on Saturdays and Richard, the manager, doesn’t work nor does he return calls to apologize to customers. The wings aren’t even tossed, just drizzled like we’re in paint class, and the pizza wasn’t cut properly with just a bunch of cheese bunched into one pizza.
The driver was the only one to apologize and understand my frustrations and would share my concerns to Richard.

They’ll take your credit card when you try to add a tip because it magically won’t work when you initially order. The manager will take your entire card number including CVV, pretend to add the tip, and nothing will happen.
As a result, your delivery staff will get mad because they think you stiffed them on a tip when in reality it’s their manager doing it. Mad staff? Pizza with literally no sauce, a box *thrown* at the door, and an attitude. Never ordering from Dominos again, any location.

Burnt my Parmesan bites again. Wasn’t going to leave a review initially as the restaurant just came off as kind of mid.
Of course this time I am there to pick it up early and they say they will remake the bites for me and I end up having to wait an additional 10+ minutes.
Cool but they also deny me my complimentary Dip which should come with the Parmesan bites.
Unfortunately they don’t require their employees to know what’s on the menu
