The store was supposed to close by 1 PM. I placed an order of parmesan bites by 12 :35 PM. I went there to pick food by 12 :50 PM.
I saw a person standing inside store with earphones on. I simply knocked on door two times. He didnt listen then when i did it for multiple times he listened and came to the door. It was freezing cold outside feels like 21F. I said i had an carry out order. He asked me to wait outside for another 7 mins. The food was not even ready he could let me in. But he chose not to. After finishing the order he came out to give the order to me asking me to pay the bill. Then i said i have google pay. When i mentioned then he led me into the store. When I asked him that it was freezing cold and i was shivering outside. The store was also supposed to be open till 1 AM. Then he mentioned it’s for personal safety. Come on if you want personal safety then just dont open store till that time.

I ordered two garlic dipping cups to go with my stuffed cheesy bread, but they were not included in my order. When I contacted the store, the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. There is a reason customers place specific orders. Simply issuing a refund without addressing the concern or showing care for the customer is disappointing.

Ordered delivery. Timing was fine but the quality of the food was bad. The tater tots were soggy and barely had any toppings. The photo is how the tots looked when I opened the box upon arrival. Felt like super old leftovers they just gave out. Pizza barely had any cheese on it, but it was decent for what it is.

The store is supposed to close at 1am it is currently 11:15 pm and I ve called 3 times no one had the curtsy to answer my phone calls, you would say that this is not something that happens often and that exceptionally it happend to me but it’s the 3rd day in a row that they do it, if they have made enough money for the rest of the day please let us know.

I went there exactly 1 hour and 29 minutes before closing time. They told me they were no longer taking orders and were only preparing online orders. While I was trying to place an order on my phone, they asked me to leave and locked the door. I couldn’t even place the order, and I didn’t understand why. It was a very disappointing experience. I used to order pizza from here almost every week, but I’ll never order from them again.

I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s. I traveled 40 minutes to pick up food, only to be met with complete unprofessionalism. I called 30 minutes before closing to place an order for pickup, and the guy on the phone said they weren’t taking orders but that I could order for delivery instead.
So I did that—only for him to cancel my order because my delivery address was the Domino’s parking lot (where I was already waiting). It was clear he just didn’t want to make the food and was looking for any excuse to avoid it.
If they weren’t accepting orders that late, he should have just been honest upfront instead of making me waste my time and gas. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. Won’t be coming back.

Awful. We tried the pizza, and it tasted a bit off.. We looked closer, and there were 4 ants crawling around inside my pizza box after I got it delivered by the store. I contacted customer service, and I believe the manager called me. I am not sure if it was the manager, but it was someone on the team. I was told that because it was a contactless delivery, it was probably ants from my doorstep. How could 4 ants make their way into my box when I picked up the box as soon as it was delivered and have never had any insect issue like this before? It was literally within the minute that I picked up the box. But what I’m most disappointed in is the customer service. The manager seemed to just want to get the phone call over with when I tried to explain the situation and was stagnant on the reason being the contactless delivery. She seemed annoyed and wanting me to just accept the resolve of a free side coupon. I am very disappointed with the food but even more disappointed with the customer service.

I enjoy ordering from this Domino’s. Their pizza is always fresh and the thin and crispy crust is exactly that, not like the other place we used to order from. I have the marinara sauce put on my pizza. I love the flavor. Their salads are always crisp and fresh. The dessert is awesome! If you like buttery cinnamon rolls then you’ll love these.

Imagine one moment that you had in your life where you were just so angry, filled with rage, that your eyes start to turn black that was me today trying to order this pizza. It was a rough day at work at the hospital and I was starving since I didn’t have time to eat lunch. My boyfriend ordered some pizza and this dude.. the driver left it at the store twice the pizza was ordered at 7:44 PM and it was 9 PM and I was thinking where the hell is my food. When we called, they said that it would arrive in about 10 minutes and it was already like 9:15 pm. I do not recommend this place

Quick service and they have never forgotten my sauce cups! It’s location is a bit tricky for newcomers since there is a sign on the backside, which makes it seem like the location is right along the road when really it is on the inner side of the plaza. Sometimes the pizza comes out a little too well done, but that’s not a huge deal to me.
