They ALWAYS!!! Have an issue !!!! First time I ordered it took 45 minutes to deliver and she said “sorry I’m the only driver here ” when I did get my delivery I only got half my order she had to go back across the street to get my other half my order , this time I specified 3 times Canadian bacon !!! This lady put regular bacon on my pizza and didn’t have change when I tried to pay so I was forced to tip the rest she didn’t have and I specified I was paying cash !!!! I was never not asked 1 time what bill I would be paying with …. it’s obnoxious and I will NEVER order from here again !!!

The customer service at this location is on point! Most chain restaurants are not nearly as friendly or welcoming as this one and I am always impressed! They’re always quick to fulfill your order and when picking up, every employee is welcoming and friendly. We typically do not order from chain restaurants (we usually like to support small business) but I never regret supporting this particular location. Keep it up guys! Show the rest how it’s done!

We don’t get to order out a lot but when we do it’s usually from this establishment. The food is always consistently good, and we have previously spent time speaking with the owner of the store when he first came to town. Tonight was no exception of the great service we always experience. My daughter is severely allergic to any kind of nut and we wanted to order the brookie, so the owner brought out the packing for me to read to make sure it was safe for my child. The attention to his customers is great and I hope everyone has the opportunity to experience his amazing store!

Stopped in the other day to pickup a pizza on my way home.
Staff was very pleasant and pizza was dominos.. as in kind of dry and lite in toppings.
The staff was 5 stars, but the pizza was like 2.5. I settled on 4 stars.
Now what was unusual about this place is that they have dine in service! I’ve never seen a Dominos that had tables. I was pleasantly surprised.

My family and I are traveling home to Florida from Maine. I called upon arriving to the super 8 motel at 930 pm, I called and ordered 1 pizza for my teen boys, was told they don’t deliver to room so I have to wait outside which is absolutely fine, and that it would be 30 minutes. Myself, holding my 1 year old, and sons waited for 45 minutes before I called to check status on the order. The lady on the phone said our pizza was out of the oven, on the warming rack, it would be on the way in about 15 minutes. We waited another 30. I called back, a man answered the phone and I asked him if the pizza was on the way. He told me it would be another 20-30 minutes! I said “it’s literally been an hour and a half and our pizza has been sitting done – “ I was about to say I was just going to come and get it- as it was almost 11 pm at this point and we had been on the road all day and needed to get to bed . BUT he interrupted me and yelled “I GUESS YOU WANT ME TO JUST CANCEL THE ORDER THEN!”
