This Domino’s location always does a great job for us! Pizzas always come as ordered, hot, and made well with generous toppings. Delivery is faster than anyone in town! I’ve called into the store regarding fixing an order after I’ve placed it, and I’ve always been given excellent and very courteous service. The store itself is clean and pleasant. I’d recommend this Domino’s to anyone.

The staff has always been friendly on the phone and when making an order. The pizza’s and wings are always good. The subs, not good. Cheese steak had meat for one side that was spread out over the whole sub. It may as well been one long thin slice of roast beef and a ton of bread.

Around 845p on Friday 9/5/2025 (im leaving the details for management to applaud their crew as they should), a busy time for them, a mistake was made on my order. Why leave a 5 star review such as this for a mistake? It was how they behaved when the mistake was brought to their attention and how they made it right. I left so happy I wrote this from the parking lot. That is something that, to me, is priceless. I dont want to say how they fixed it because I know every situation is different and I dont wish to tie their hands in the future. Lets just say that I left with what I ordered and I didnt have to watch food be thrown in the trash(nothing worse than watching food be wasted when, like far too many people right now, I can barely feed my kids and I).Its a Dominos not a Michelin rated restaurant so when I give 5 stars for atmosphere and food it is as compared to similar pizza places. Thanks guys, management please praise these guys.

Horrible experience at the front store. The young kid was pretending or really had no idea how to check someone out at the register. We tried 3 different cards using physical and Apple Pay, it didn’t work. It was after 6-7 min another employee from kitchen used a backup card machine and show it to the kid how to use it. The kid, very rudely could not even communicate can we try using the 3 rd card reader. In fact, he asked me if I have use Apple Pay before like did you try tapping your phone. Wake up kid the register pinpad is not working just listen to your own people (co-worker) at least. I’d rather drive 15 min than to go through this garbage hospitality. Not sure if the folks down Windcity have any clue how their remote suburban stores offer hospitality. I can’t imagine going through this if I am a senior citizen. Lastly, don’t ask for paper dish when you place a catering order as they “stopped” carrying it per the kid at checkout.

This place will steal your money if you don’t pay for their cockroaches. I ordered food and got spoiled food. I asked for a refund and they would not give my money back. They wanted to give me a store credit for the cost. I am not going to order again from them so I just got robbed. Stay away from this place or pray they don’t mess up your order. Telling someone they can’t get their money back for spoiled food is gross . You have been warned

Disgusting experience. Register guy, young man took my order, cash, touched the computer screen and the cash, put sanitizer on his hands right in front of me, didn’t wash his hands and started making my pizza. When I mentioned it to him he said it’ll burn off in the oven. Seriously?! Cancelled and got my money back

After receiving my order I was less than satisfied with how it turned out. When I returned to express my issues the young lady was more than happy to remake my pizza and the pizza came out fantastic the second go at it. Great customer service and great location. Great food as well. Everything was delicious.
