We order from Brunswick MD all the time. This evening was the worst experience with the pizzas. The food was very cold and we had to place in the oven along with the cheese bread. Before I could give my reply during my delivery, the option was gone. Therefore I had to do this on Google. I was surprised. Maybe our pizza sat to long before delivery or the driver had to many deliveries and our order sat to long during the deliveries. Not sure but the food was very cold.

The pizza I ordered was good but they messed up my order and we couldn’t eat two of the pizzas I ordered due to allergies. I said no peppers and it had peppers. I did not have the time to go back.

My food was done correctly but I have to point something out. There was only one young lady in the store working by herself and although she was doing her job the best she could, you could tell she had no help. This was not the first time I’ve ordered and the young lady was working alone. It seems there is a staffing issue there. Management should probably get it together and hire more staff. I give big props to the girl there this morning doing it all on her own!

Very disappointing, following their app, food was made in 15 minutes, quality checked, hopes were high that the food would be on it’s way soon. 70 minutes later their app says it’s on its way. 20 minutes later it say delivered, look outside, nothing there. 10 minutes later it arrives. A nice room temperature 2 hour old pizza and some “cinnamon twists” that somehow they forgot to add the cinnamon so we had nice cold bread twists. This will be my last time I order from them untill changes are made, 2 orders over past few weeks with inaccurate and cold food.

The absolute worst food and service I ever received. Ordered a small cheese pizza and cinnamon bread at 9:45 I live 6 minutes from Domino’s. The tracker showed my pizza waiting for a delivery person for 32 minutes took 17 minutes to arrive at my house once it said it was out for delivery My pizza showed up at 11:05 They had already closed by this time. Driver showed up my food was sitting on his front seat not in a bag. There was no identification on his vehicle no uniform markings and he had NO MASK on. As he walked to my door I said I really hope my food is not cold His response was I’m sure it’s not I then responded If it is you’re taking it back as he threw me my pizza he smartly said there’s nothing I can do about it as he walked away. The pizza went in the trash because it was disgusting not even fully cooked and cold

This place is very under staffed but I want to give them a shout out! They literally are doing the best they can! Riley the driver is so nice. I am personally going to stop by the store and give Riley a nice gift! He delivered my order that was messed up in the first place. Not his fault at all!! Keep up the good work! Times are tough!

So my pizza and desert were delivered…they didn’t mAke it right. I took pictures. I call to see if they can fix it, as we did not touch it. Josiah is an employee that works there. He said “so what do you want free stuff? It’s going to be a few hours”
