After not getting Domino’s for quite some time because my wife isn’t a fan, I talked her into it because of the convenience of the delivery. Well, I used to like Domino’s, but not any more. $12 for 8 teensy-weeny wings! And the pizza was “meh”. There are a LOT of better options in this area for good pizza.

I ordered two pizzas for the babysitter and my kids because I’m in a rush to get to work. 15-20 minutes later I arrive and no pizza in fact they don’t even have my order. She had to go into system and refund me. Which I won’t receiving for a few days. What a waste of time.

Normally I don’t have the greatest experience with Dominos delivery, as we’ve had some orders previously that were suuuuper late, and the pizza wasn’t great. But tonight was completely different. I called the order in around 8:30 when we were leaving the beach. The gentleman on the phone offered the idea of a coupon deal when I told him I wanted a stuffed crust cheese pizza. He said the delivery would be about an hour, which I was fine with. Next thing I know, there’s a car in my driveway. Maybe 30 minutes tops from ordering to delivery, and I’m probably 13-15 minutes from the store. That was the quickest delivery I’ve ever seen, and the pizza was hot, fresh, and fantastic. Delivery driver was pleasant as well. Definitely a great service tonight, and one worth commending. Thank you!

I placed an order online at 7:28pm and the email I received at 7:30pm showed that I should receive my order within 33-43 minutes. The order was prepped, baked, and entered “Quality Check” at 7:48pm. At 8:08pm, I called the store. I spoke with the manager and he lied to me and told me that my order JUST enetered “QUALITY CHECK.” Because of his accent, it was difficult to understand him, and when he became belligerent and loud with me, it was almost impossible to understand him. At 8:16pm, the app showed that my order left the store, however, when I checked again at 8:22pm, it showed that my order and the driver were still at the store. At 8:28pm, I checked the app AGAIN and the driver was not on his way to my house. He was delivering to other stops before my house. As I type this, it’s been 1 hour and 2 minutes since I placed my order.
I received my order at 8:44pm, 1 hour and 16 minutes after placing my order, and ALL the food was cold. UNSATISFACTORY!!!

Had to update my old review, I have been coming to this location for many years and for a while it was a 1 star experience for me but the last few years have been different. The quality of food and service has increased greatly in my opinion. When the app says Linsey is making our pizza it’s always on point. When I come in to pickup, she greets you with a big smile and is welcoming. The food and the atmosphere has changed a lot since my first review and I goto give her credit, she makes this location deserve at least a 4/5.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza that was so dry i could have struck a match off of it, the dough was like sawdust and no sauce to speak of. Why is it so difficult to make a decent pizza?

I ordered delivery 1 time and after over 1.5 hours of my pizza not arriving, I called. Turns out they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and it was going to be here in another 30 minutes. I could’ve driven there 10x over! So I did. I drove there. My pizza was cold.
Tonight was the final straw….i ordered pizza for pick up. Watched my order on the tracker and it said it was complete and ready for pick up. Walk in to be told it would be a few more minutes. So I said “ok, I have my kids in the car can you just bring it to the curb”. They agreed.
15 minutes goes by and nothing!! All while watching them give other people pizza.
If you don’t have proper staffing and can’t actually manage a pizza shop, then close down. Absolutely awful management.

I have ordered from this Domino’s many times without incident. Last night, I placed an order at 6:47 pm, and by 7:48, our pizza had not been delivered. When I called the manager, he put me on hold a few times, and I was eventually told it would be delivered in 5 more minutes. Mohammed never apologized for the oversight or offered to make it right. From the tracker, you can see that my order came out of the oven at 7:10 and wasn’t delivered until 8:04. I only live 2.5 miles from this location. I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again!
