Ordered a pizza ur delivery driver couldn’t find our home. He called for directions but wouldn’t listen and canceled our order. We called federalsburg dominos and they told us they’ll make a new order and give us a new driver. After a hour we call back. The driver from earlier answered and told us we were rude, although we were the calm one trying to give him directions, and our order won’t be delivered. The guys name was Joshua. And thanks to him we will never order from dominos again . Very unprofessional service.

First off I order from here A LOT but this may be it for me. The “night” Manager Marcy (I believe this was her name) said that she would replace our bbq wings but we would need to return the wings they sent. We already waited for our dinner over an hour on a Monday night. This is the best they could do. This manager was terrible at making this situation right. I’ve ordered in the past and I always said the good thing about this dominos is when an order was messed up they make it right. Well not this time and not with this night manager. The back and forth over the phone over $9 bbq wings is an absolute shock. I cannot believe she demanded the wings back too. To paint a picture of how this Dominos is being operated (and mind you I understand mistakes but it’s too frequent) they frequently forget my drinks and dipping sauces. They have delivered to the wrong house and had to reorder the food. They rarely add extra cheese when you order it as one of your toppings, same with the others toppings VERY little. This is a very poorly managed Dominos and it’s sad to say because it was not always this way. I really hope someone of importance sees this and does something about how things are being run starting with the “night” manager.

This location is always a gamble (with very poor odds of getting everything you order while everyone is still awake), but tonight takes the cake. I ordered one gluten-free pizza and one stuffed cheesy bread at 8:50 pm. I called immediately after I placed my order online to ask them NOT to put the garlic sauce on the cheesy bread (which I have done with every order of this item for over 20 years) and waited on hold for over 13 mins. I had to hang up and call back to speak to an actual person, and requested the change as my food was finishing up. I had to say the same thing 4 different ways in order to be understood, then waited 50 mins after “quality check” to receive my order. Spoiler alert: the cheesy bread was wrong! I told the driver, gave it back to him and when he asked what I wanted, I said that I wanted my order made correctly. He huffed, rolled his eyes and drove away. I tried to call the store to verify that my bread was being remade correctly, and my call was never answered. I tried again at closing because there’s no way they’re going to take my money and not deliver my food, right? Wrong! This place is a bad joke that just keeps getting worse! DO NOT order from here unless you are picking it up, and then CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave. It’s not new drivers, or new management, or new anything, they have always sucked – it won’t get better. I’ve ordered from here once or twice a year since 2002, hoping that something would change for the better, and it never has but this is the 1st and LAST time they’re thumbing their noses at me. What good is a free pizza from a place that won’t give you what you’ve already paid for?

Tonight i decided to go here again my judgment and give them a shot at redemption and the lady behind the counter was flying solo besides having a couple of drivers there and she knocked it right out of the park she was getting hit with orders via phone and walk-ends and she did an amazing job i got a pan pizza with double cheese

The BEST Domino’s pizza comes from the Federalsburg Md location. And they are the only location around here that has bread bowls. Their chicken Alfredo bread bowls are to die for! I highly recommend this Domino’s
