This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Dominos that I have ever visited. We ordered online while on the train. We walked up to town on our layover. We couldn’t believe you could eat inside. It was so clean
The food was hot and delicious. But our favorite part was the way that the employees worked together with such kindness and thoughtfulness to each other.
Domino’s Frostburg we loved you. We will stop by next year when we ride the Passage from Pittsburgh to DC.

Well be careful doing business here, I ordered a pizza for carside delivery. I left my phone home to charge after I went to pick up pick the pizza and left to wait outside. Apparently a description of your car and waiting outside isnt sufficient info for college students, i found out i shouldve turned on my hazards after I went back to my phone, the 15 min I waited outside on a slow night with 1 other car in their 2 spot lot wasn’t enough. I live 2 min away so i just clicked here and left immediately after i ordered. I tipped bc the weather was bad and I wanted them to walk it outside. So after tipping I’m not going in bc I cant change that after through PayPal, I decide to go home and cancel my order once I get back to my phone it had been done for 5+ min when i got home, 2 min away. They say okay, I call and let the manager know about my poor customer experience the next day and ensure id get my refund, he states “sure wait a week”. Never get my refund or my food so I contact the owner who tells me well its too late to refund your money now, that you trusted us, come down and we’ll work it out.. um no, its your fault I dont have either item, you never apologized for shitty experience, I hope you enjoy my money thieves. Thank goodness this business is in college town im sure thats the only business they get, kids are too naive to know about customer service or complain or expect returns..

We noticed there was a dominos as we were walking with our white puppy, We were hungry so we stopped by. As we walked in we were welcomed with smiles and friendly faces. The guy who took our order was super sweet and very friendly. We love the vibes at this place and the food was super super delicious and warm. We’re super satisfied!

An hour for a pizza when I’m 2.3miles away is unacceptable! I usually go get my pizzas, but I was in a rush tonight. Tipped 30% on my order too! So apparently these drivers take multiple orders all over the place, and mine must be the last stop? Good thing pizza is still good cold. Lesson learned and i will take that into consideration next time and tip accordingly!
Edit: I’m upgrading my review from a 1 to a 4 because I may have been a little harsh judging the entire establishment for one slow driver? I ordered (Carry out!) two pizzas and some garlic knots today (2-18 at around 1pm), and they were ready faster than I could get there. They were also very well made and delicious. Still doubt I’ll use delivery again, but carry out has been consistently good (the reason for the update).

Ive ordered from dominos several times and every time ive had a great experience. However, i spoke to a lovely girl, a manager named korie and she was absolutely wonderful answering my questions and helping me! She deserves a raise! Props to her for her professionalism. 10/10, 5 stars. I cannot say enought good things about her!

Sorry to say but Lee shouldn’t make the pizzas. I’ve had my fair share of him being the person who makes my food and it’s never of quality. My pizza is always over cooked, and today I only received 1 or 2 toppings pieces per slice, not even joking. I love when Glen makes my order though, it’s perfect every time! But Lee needs more training or something.. not too satisfied with my food today unfortunately:/
