I would leave negative stars if I could. We were actually given a pizza with a slice missing and bite marks out of another slice. The manager made the excuse that our pizza was sitting for a while so someone must have eaten some of it. WTH? And it is virtually impossible to get customer service on the phone. This is disgraceful. And it was for my son’s birthday party.

The employees are relatively polite. The interior looks up to code. The workplace appears to efficient. The only issue I have is that they didn’t cut my pizza order all the way (the pieces were hard to pull apart).

Worst experience, EVER. Placed my order at 6.34 PM it only got delivered at 9.05 PM (as in 2 hours and 31 minutes later). AND IT WAS ALL WRONG. Cheesesteak sub with NO CHEESE and almost no steak. The pizzas were supposed to be one with pepperoni and one with sausage and olives. We received 2 pizzas with chicken and mayo (?). When I I filed a complaint with Dominos, all I got was an offer for a 50% off coupon for the next order…AS IF I was going to order from these guys again.

Pizza is usually acceptable, the customer service isn’t. Also my order is never on time, whether I have it delivered or come pick it up myself. I’ve waited about an hour AFTER my order was supposed to be ready in person and more than an hour and a half for delivery.

It’s a gamble when you order here. If you get carry out, MAYBE you get a good pie. Delivery, not a chance. Take your chance since it’s somewhat affordable if you keep your expectations low. I will post the pictures of my next order regardless of the condition.

I am not sure what’s happening here with the product and the customer service. Sad that you are unable to get pizza in your neighborhood late night other than this place . They have to seek better options for management and workers . Second week in a row that this has occurred. I wish someone somewhere would do something.

Do you want them to have fake delivery times on the website to keep their numbers down, and have you wondering where your food is? How is it possible that in this place of domino pizza there are no cups to take Sprite? My friends and I were in this place, we bought a big pizza and a big Sprite to eat at the tables that are in the place, but SURPRISE !!!! They didn’t have cups, we wanted to eat the pizza but how did we drink the Sprite? It is assumed that if they have tables on the premises for the customer to eat pizza they should also have cups for the people.
