So, I’ve been to this Domino’s many times. My last order included 8 boneless chicken nuggets. They had been consistent in size, about the size of a pong ball and a walnut. This last order was one normal and rest the size of a almond in the shell. Not correct at all. Called in to ask if it was right? And amazingly I was told that they’ve always that size! But, told in the rudest way.

Approximately 6 months back and prior the service was horrible. The manager at that time was nice, however he seemed possibly overwhelmed and uncomfortable disciplining the employees (Ive witnessed them trying to be intimidate him along with me) working in the store. Two of which were so unprofessional and disrespectful, I almost never returned. Well, I did about a month ago, they now have many more employees working, and the ones I come in contact with are very nice. They also have a new female assistant manger and she is great. Very professional, friendly, and concerned with making sure the costumers are happy.

Still to this day after years of ordering them from here can’t get them to put hot sauce on top of the cheese and not under it when I order a hot hawaiian pizza. Even when it was an actual menu item as not having to order the hot sauce and jalapenos as extra toppings. I know it seems picky, but when added to regular sauce it loses some of its punch. Also, like many things the NY style pizzas have been shrunk. They are now the same size as a regular large pizza. So why am I paying extra for it now?

Awesome pizza and Customer Service. The stuffed crust pizza was FANTASTIC! I did want the Brooklyn/New York style, but it was explained to me why we could not have the stuffed crust in that style. Thank you and the toppings were very fresh. Dinner was AWESOME! No leftovers!!:)

I recently went to redeem a free medium 2-topping pan pizza and I thought the last time I ordered a pan pizza that it was too soft. I did not enjoy my pizza because the dough was no cooked all the way. It was crispy on the bottom but majority was too chewy and not edible. I stopped eating it because I didn’t want to take any health risks. I decided to give it another try and redeemed a pizza but this time I ordered it well done. The pizza was still not edible and too juicy. I literally bit in and it was so chewy I knew that it wasn’t the cheese. I could pull chunks of dough out and spread it around. I am not sure if their cooking settings have issues but this is unacceptable and shouldn’t be given for people to eat.

This has been the best Domino’s in the Carroll County area for years.
Now it is the worst possible place to order and to speak to a person on thee phone is impossible!
One women who answer can not communicate the order nor can she get the order correct!
Speaking to the manager is not the answer unless things change.
I can just go across the street and go to ledos.
The owner of this location should sell the place or close it..

James told me that his boss (female) couldn’t include extra sauce for the Alfredo pasta because it cost double. I was willing to pay whatever it took for extra sauce. I’ve been you customer for a while now, this is the first time I’ve heard about this, not happy with Domino’s service! James on the other hand, he had great customer service and was very respectful when he explained to me why I wasn’t getting my extra sauce on the pasta.

Always great service from all the staff, my pizza orders are always done very fast. I have never had an issue with this restaurant or the quality of pizzas or toppings. One time, my delivery was very delayed but they were so nice about it and pleasant upon delivery and apologized , I wasn’t upset at all.
